I always have a great experience here. I order through the mobile app and pick up has always been easy. The baristas are super nice and accommodating to the customers and seem to genuinely enjoy their job. Great vibes and fantastic coffee.

This is one of the great spots to hang out meet somebody lots of open air, seating tables with umbrellas, bathroom, and best of all a Tesla charger

Ere was the nicest person who made my drink perfectly! She deserves a raise. Very welcoming and kind.

Always good quality coffee at Peet's. I'm always going to different locations and this one is like most others. Nice seats inside and conveniently located in the shopping center.

    Empty shop. Except still waiting....

Well 12 people came in and ordered. They all were served before me. Not good. I asked about my drink and was told 3 times they are making it. For a coffee that was $7.55 plus a tip. Not good. This is my first 1 star review. The place is now empty and I am still waiting....... They also messed up on my drink. ‍

My sister generously gave me a gift card to Peet's for Christmas and I wanted to put it to use on this chilly December night. I was coming from the gym so I stopped by the Bon Air Center location to get my late evening fix. I wanted something without caffeine so I got a small peppermint tea. It came way too piping hot for me to enjoy for at least 15 minutes while it cooled, but it was great for warming the soul after a long workout. The WiFi was supposedly limited to only 1 hour but I didn't have much trouble keeping it going much longer. The nice thing about this location is that it has a ton of dog-friendly outdoor seating. Considering that the entire center is dog-friendly, this is a huge plus for the community of walkers that come through every day. There's tons of parking available so it's never a problem! Food: 7/10 Service: 8/10 Price: $ Atmosphere: 7/10

The Baristas make my morning not just my drink.

Continuing on my search for trending happiness in a cup, we ordered the Banana Cream (cold brew topped with banana cold foam). Banana is having a moment, and we're here for it! It's so refreshing and delicious. I love banana, so this was right up my alley! Looks like other banana flavored drinks offered are the Banana Matcha Cloud and the Iced Caramelized Banana Latte. Def recommend if banana is in your top five rotation of the summer too. We also grabbed a pack of their seasonal beans for home, the Super Bloom blend ~ a light roast for the spring season! To note, there is a super cool kickback of proceeds of this blend. Find more about it in-store or on their website. Overall, this would be my go-to spot if I was in the area more. I went to try to get a slice of their Chocolate Truffle cake, but since they were sold out by Sunday afternoon, I opted for their version of a hostess cupcake, and their butter cookies with chocolate icing blossoms. ------ FOOD: Hostess Cupcake (3.5/5) I personally found the cupcake to be a bit dry and the whipped cream to be too airy. With its spacious seating, glass enclosed doughnut display, walk up wall menu on the exterior and its open concept register counter it is truly inviting. With a menu of unique flavors and those same flavor options beautifully displayed behind a glass window, we had to order a few to try. Flavors available were coffee cake, blueberry lime, lime poppyseed, vegan guava, and chocolate chip cronut - these five we ordered, Other flavors included brown butter glaze, strawberry, chocolate vanilla crème, raspberry jam, cinnamon glaze and sprinkles. Lemon blueberry was very lemon forward with subtle notes of blueberry. The doughnut itself was crusty and soft at the same time. We enjoyed the pairing and texture. The coffee cake was just that, a crusty soft dough with the crumbly topping of coffee cake goodness and all those spices too. The lime poppyseed was light, soft and airy with a citrusy zing of lime. It was the most refreshing of them all and this is coming from someone who is not a big fan of lime. The guava was like biting into the fruit, not too sweet on an airy, soft dough. The chocolate chip cronut was a flaky layered croissant like dough that tasted like a chocolate chip cookie with a decadent chocolate frosting. It was quite the pleasurable treat, our daughter loved it. The staff, compiled of two women at the front, were friendly with smiles. Our treats were packaged in a beautiful white and gold box, it looked elegant when presented to us. There is the availability of drinks to order like tea and coffees.
