All of the staff is heavily involved in the industry with at least 2 of the guys Being competitive riders. I brought it to another bike store by the shore where they took the bike overnight and couldn't have touched the derailleur because the problem didn't change. Yesterday I took the bike to Wayfarer bike in New London, I dropped it off about 11am and picked it up at 4pm. This morning I took the bike out, I wanted to do 20 miles, but they did such a good job I went for 30 miles, these guys know how to setup a derailleur. I'll be back to see them again.
