Look, I get it. You buy a used starter, it doesn't work, come back and they give you another one. But when does it fall on the business to make sure they sell parts that function as they are intended? I bought a used transmission there, had it installed at my local shop, and low and behold, it would not shift. I then took it to my local tranny shop who told me "it's junk." Of course, Leveille's told me to just return it & they would give me another. So, what about money I spent having to take it out & install another, not knowing if the next one was junk? They actually gave me grief when I wanted my money back when I returned the bad one. I did what I should have done in the first place, brought my original tranny & car to the repair shop, and had it done right. It really wasn't much more expensive then buying their junk & having it installed. I will never set foot in there again. read more
