Bikes had comfortable seats, baskets, lights, and came with a helmet. He had asked us for our heights and provided bikes that correctly fit everyone in our party of 5. Sales staff are knowledgeable and ask all the right questions to establish what you want. No high pressure or "you need this..." kind of approach. Service is spot on. Had difficulty shifting to the top cogs on the rear cassette and their mechanic Chris was very thorough. He checked the chain length, the cassette teeth and the shifter itself and the stop screws.
