I am a physician who has a good friend with advanced Parkinson's . He is also a physician . It is very difficult for him to walk . We spent 3 hours with Dan and tried a few bikes. My friend was able to ride and came back from his first ride and said "I feel like I don't have Parkinson's. "The bike is expensive and it took 8 weeks to ship From Europe . Dan spent another couple of hours showing us the bike when the bike arrived and did fitting and fine tuned it. My friend took it for a spin as soon as we got home and he has been cruising around town on his own ever since . I asked him if he wrenched Campagnolo equipped road bikes and he said yes. One of my road bikes wouldn't shift all the way through the cassette. He was able to get that working a lot better than it was and he checked all the derailleurs and brakes to boot. My second road bike needed a new chain that was damaged on a ride this week. It needed a new Record 11 speed chain. So I asked him if he could order one and come back to repair both of the road bikes. He said I am ahead of schedule and I can do both of them now. I happen to have a record 11 speed chain. I was like SCORE!! Did a flawless job and would recommend his service HIGHLY

Sales staff are knowledgeable and ask all the right questions to establish what you want. No high pressure or "you need this..." kind of approach. Service is spot on. Had difficulty shifting to the top cogs on the rear cassette and their mechanic Chris was very thorough. He checked the chain length, the cassette teeth and the shifter itself and the stop screws. It was a bent derailleur hanger. He had it fixed in under ten minutes. Strong recommend.
