Easy walk in. Several new cruising bikes to choose from. Excellent service and welcoming! A gorgeous bike path nearby that will take you along the water to East Providence approx 15 miles one way. Whenever my fiancé and I visit Bristol and feel like exploring we make sure to rent electric bikes here. The owner has always been super helpful and he's very knowledgeable about bikes. You can rent a regular bike or an electric bike. We prefer the e-bikes because we can go further and see more of the area. Was hoping to spend local to convert an old crusty townie into something cool again including ebike conversion. Specifically because of the cost of everything it needed: chain, calipers, forks/shocks, cables, and such, I was told it's not worth it even though I explained I just wanted to do this frame because I like it and didn't really care about what it's worth, but ended up leaving with just caliper, chain, chain tool. Good selection of stuff, great products but a weird interaction and no one even offered their names even after introduction. Ended up online after all. read more

Mark is PHENOMENAL!!! We are traveling by boat up the coast and my Bagi Bike stopped working twice. I'm handi cap and rely on it for transportation at the different ports. He readily took my calls even though we were hundred of miles away. He helped me trouble shoot and put me in direct contact with Bagi for parts. I can't say enough. We bought two Pedego's here a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Mark is wonderful and very attentive. We get all our service done with him and sometimes swing by when we reach the end of the bike path just to say hi. My son came to visit and we rented a bike for him for a week and had an amazing time. Great service. Great value. Don't waste your time renting those stupid ugly clunky "Jump" bikes off the street. Don't buy online. Buy here. You pay for what you get for. If you like good selection, trying it before you buy it, getting sized, and having service and support, then this is the place to go. You will get a good selection of brands and styles that work for all sorts of users. Service is exceptional. Highly recommend. Your bike will be setup and ready to go when you leave the shop. Do you really want to risk waiting for a box in the mail to arrive and to find out it's missing parts and you have to email someone overseas and wait. I tried to replace my derailleur cable myself but got stuck. I took it here even though I wasn't sure that they could help because I thought they might only do e-bike stuff and mostly bike sales. But as it turns out, not only are they doing full service bike repair, they were quick, welcoming and very helpful. I was in and out with a fix in 30min! They were friendly and the price was great since they charged just for this service (I thought I'd have to get a full tune up to replace the cable). This is my new go-to bike store! read more

I thought that this bike shop sold only Pedego Electric Bikes, but I was pleased to discover that they also have some very nice traditional bikes. I was driving by the shop last weekend and notice they had some colorful vintage style non-electric bikes out front. So I stopped to take a closer look and the owner insisted I take one for a test ride! I rode a Biria Step-Through City Bike and found it to be quite enjoyable and reasonably priced . . . $550! read more
