My husband has a recently acquired biking habit and purchased a new bike last summer in the middle of the supply chain issues. Unfortunately it was backordered so he knew he'd have to wait a while. Phoebe has kept him up to date on updates (for better or worse) in estimated arrival time and in the meantime she and the rest of the trek team have been extraordinarily helpful. It turns out biking is a rather expensive hobby so I have taken to buying all of his gifts at this store as well. As someone who doesn't seriously bike I am clueless about all of the gadgets and accessories but everyone is always patient and kind in helping me pick out the perfect gift. It's not a huge store so I have had to get things shipped from other trek locations but they are great about contacting me and even put a cute little bow on my most recent gift. Today we even had a package HAND DELIVERED (no postage) at our door with a cute little note saying they appreciated the patience waiting for the bike and happy holidays. Seriously- this customer service cannot be beat and we will certainly continue to turn to the providence trek location for all bike related purchases.

After several visits, a call to Trek Corporate, over 5 weeks, and a talk with the manager, I was able to get that problem, as well as the shifting problem and rotor centering problem worked on. Sales staff are knowledgeable and ask all the right questions to establish what you want. No high pressure or "you need this..." kind of approach. Service is spot on. Had difficulty shifting to the top cogs on the rear cassette and their mechanic Chris was very thorough. He checked the chain length, the cassette teeth and the shifter itself and the stop screws. It was a bent derailleur hanger. He had it fixed in under ten minutes. Strong recommend.

My experience with Dynamic Bicycles was absolutely great. I purchased the Sidekick model. With my…read morenew job I quickly realized to keep my sanity I was going need to lessen some of my 2 + hours commute (each way) by not driving the entire way, and instead use the local train and bike the remainder to the office. When the shipment arrived I found the workmanship to be very good, a solid bike for sure...although a bit on the heavy side at around 30 lbs..... But it was well made for sure.... Sadly, there was some cosmetic damages that happened in the shipment, but the folks at Dynamic went beyond what I was expecting and rushed new parts to me and even offered to pay for any labor should I want to take it to a local bike repair shop and have them do the installs. As it turned out my job relocated me to our other facility right across from the train station. So all I have to do now is drive to where I get on the train and then walk across the street at the other end.... No need for the bike now.... Thankfully since this change took place within the 30-day allowable return period I was able to return the entire bike, replacement parts and all......The credit was handled within a few days after it arrived back to Dynamic...Patrick and his crew were GREAT to work with and were understanding and helpful with everything.... EXCELLENT customer service!!!

I didn't pay attention to my car inspection sticker expiring and checked the mail, dmv was going to suspend my license on Monday. Steve was very nice on the phone and took care of the inspection quick. I was able to get the inspection done on lunch break and even make it back to work on time.

Poor follow up customer service…read more I brought my vehicle to then last May for ac issues (not blowing cold air). They charged the system and told me they could not find a leak. Here is it, a little less than 11 months later and the ac is blowing warm air again. I called then and was told there is no warranty on ac repairs. They tried to blame the issue on seals wearing out over the winter. Funny how this was never an issue annually with any vehicle I've ever owned. They offered to check it out but told me I would still be charged for another repair.
