Sales staff are knowledgeable and ask all the right questions to establish what you want. No high pressure or "you need this..." kind of approach. Service is spot on. Had difficulty shifting to the top cogs on the rear cassette and their mechanic Chris was very thorough. He checked the chain length, the cassette teeth and the shifter itself and the stop screws. It was a bent derailleur hanger. He had it fixed in under ten minutes. Strong recommend.

I am a physician who has a good friend with advanced Parkinson's . He is also a physician . It is very difficult for him to walk . We spent 3 hours with Dan and tried a few bikes. My friend was able to ride and came back from his first ride and said "I feel like I don't have Parkinson's. "The bike is expensive and it took 8 weeks to ship From Europe . Dan spent another couple of hours showing us the bike when the bike arrived and did fitting and fine tuned it. My friend took it for a spin as soon as we got home and he has been cruising around town on his own ever since . This is an amazing shop with a vast array of superb bikes for people with special needs. Dan knows what he talking about. When I first called him, he said that he would not sell a special cyclist a bike unless he felt that it was a safe option. Dan is preeminently committed to safety and keeping people mobile.

Poor follow up customer service…read more I brought my vehicle to then last May for ac issues (not blowing cold air). They charged the system and told me they could not find a leak. Here is it, a little less than 11 months later and the ac is blowing warm air again. I called then and was told there is no warranty on ac repairs. They tried to blame the issue on seals wearing out over the winter. Funny how this was never an issue annually with any vehicle I've ever owned. They offered to check it out but told me I would still be charged for another repair.

The template pieces were all laid out, but that was it. Co-founder Luke had me read and sign all the releases first, and asked about my experience with welding etc. Being a Veteran myself, Luke as well, and the non-profit supporting Veterans and First Responders, he also made sure to ask me if loud noises or anything would bother me. Every step was explained and demonstrated before I was able to do it, and as nervous as I was at first, it quickly went away knowing he took my safety, the safety of others as well as their shop very seriously. Co-founder Ben also provided some muscle when I was unable to bend the metal myself. In just over 2 hours I had sanded, measured, re-measured, bent , hammered and welded together a really cool one of a kind 5-sided barn star. It was definitely something different to do and it was a really cool and fun experience. 5 stars !
