Working under the van removing the transmission. - A person is repairing a vehicle elevated on a hydraulic lift in an auto repair shop, with tools on the floor and other cars visible in the background.

This place is INCREDIBLE!! How did I go my whole life without a place like this. The owners are Extremely professional, friendly and absolutely on the ball. I felt like family! They called me by name and knew exactly who I was and what I was doing seconds after pulling into the lot. The shop is CLEAN and extremely organized. If you like to do your own work to save money? This is the place!! No more will I be laying on my back in my garage. I'll be doing everything there from now on!! It's a bright, clean shop with heavy duty lifts to transmission Jacks to parts washers. Even air tools! They have everything! The owner is always there to answer a question or two. But stays way out of your way if you want. He's incredibly knowledgeable, sharp and helpful and is quick to add tips that he's learned over the years. I'm extremely impressed with them and their shop everything was perfect and only charges $20 per hour! I can't say enough good things about this place.

Sweet Benz that belongs to one of the owners, I believe.

This is my new favorite place to hangout. I hit a pothole and needed to get my car fixed, but I'm a DIY mechanic who doesn't like paying shops if I can do it myself. Living in an apartment, I have to find random places to work on my car...until now. I found them on Craigslist and they are awesome. For $20/hr, you get your own bay complete with a lift, air tools, hand tools, work cart, work bench, and two extremely helpful, super knowledgable, old-timey mechanics who will assist you if you need help. The shop also has any and all specialty machinery like a strut compressor, tire mounter and balancer, 20-ton shop press, and more. I initially budgeted a 2-hr window to fix my car, but it turned into an all day hangout because I just didn't want to leave. It's nice to take your time and do the job right, especially in an amazing garage like this. Everything is spotlessly clean and they have every tool you might need. All together, I replaced my struts, shocks, and installed springs. When I got hung up, the staff were there to help, and even just give me a hand because they're just great people. I will be back here, that's for sure.

Corporate research showed their typical patrons were women who viewed themselves as unique gift givers. This moved the company to make stores warm and less masculine. Store associates took the title "Gift Advisers" with the premise that interactions with customers were conversations between two friends coming up with a gift idea. That was my experience, a very cozy, personal shopping experience.

My daughter chose a lovely bracelet which had a round charm attached to allow engraving. The prices were reasonable especially with a second item for the additional discount. Overall this is a nice store with a great selection of gifts!

There were two young ladies working the floor who were wonderful. Unfortunately, both of them were consistently degraded by their manager... I am assuming their manager. This individual was a middle aged woman who seemed to be in charge of the engraving. Initially, her poor attitude was almost enough for us to leave the store. We decided to continue with our purchase because of one girl who stood out to us with her warm personality and kindness. She had long, dark hair and possibly glasses. She noticed we had been waiting in line for a bit, so she opened a new register to check us out. While checking us out, she was publicly humiliated by her "manager." She was scolded for opening a new register and leaving the floor. She held in her reaction, however, we were embarrassed for her. I made an excuse that we were going to go somewhere else before purchasing and that we would return. Unfortunately, I was too uncomfortable to share the true reason to why we were leaving. The reason being we were absolutely shocked at how that store was being run. Those young girls did not deserve to be treated so poorly. And the fact that it was done in front of customers truly displays Things Remembered's level of professionalism. I hope those girls realize they deserve so much better. And I hope their "manager" is reprimanded for her horrible customer service skills.

The staff at Baxter's couldn't of been any better to me. They had beverages, a cozy couch to sit on, and most importantly WORKED WITHIN MY BUDGET. I was looking at a princess cut ring, but it was WAYYY out of my budget. Fortunately, the awesome people at Baxter's got a smaller diamond from the back and even let me use the glasses to inspect the diamond as they explained it to me. There was no "shadiness" with them. They really put me first. After I proposed to her, we went in and got her ring sized to fit. They're customer service was just like when I went in and they adjusted her ring for free. I believe Mike was very rude (borderline belligerent ) to me and would never go back to this store again. I returned home and completed the transaction on the phone with a very pleasant agent. A very disgruntled senior citizen!
