The first time I've seen it was on the show, The Real Housewives of RI. The weather was chilly and drizzly, but it turned out nice for us at our 5 pm departure. It's kid-friendly, we got to stop at a picnic spot with a fire and beautiful views of the water and the Newport bridge. It was easy but exhilarating; definitely a unique experience and I highly recommend. We booked a week in advance. The check in process was seamless. The ride took about an hour and a half with the stop at the picnic spot (there were bathrooms too). There is a parking lot as well. Yes, we would definitely do it again!

We stopped at the scenic waterfront Bayside Station and there was a s'mores bar available while sitting fireside. The wood-burning fire pits kept us warm. After staying there for about 30 minutes, we pedaled back to the beginning. With the same group, the 4 of us did the Sunday Morning Brunch Tour/Bayside Brunch at 9am in August for $270. The weather was a lot better now than in April. We stopped at the scenic waterfront Bayside Station where we were able to use our 2 tickets for alcoholic drinks like Mimosas, Bellinis, and Bloody Marys. Death Wish Coffee and juice were complimentary. There were also complimentary muffins, danishes, and other pastries and fruit. Adirondack chairs were placed facing the water to enjoy the views. The 6 mile roundtrip tour is always an unforgettable experience. The staff are always very friendly and offer to take pictures to capture the memories. A brief instructional talk is always provided at the beginning and now they have a microphone so everyone can hear. Safety is of utmost importance.

It is withing a mile of my house. We went in on a Wednesday around noon. There were two guys working and both greeted us and one really jumped in to get moving with our needs. He took her bike, popped it up on the bike jack (not sure if that is an official term) and got to work. He gave us a few tips to continue to care for her bikeas well. We were in and out of the store withing 20 minutes and spent $21 on a tire repair. My daughter was thrilled to have her wheels back and I was thrilled it was quick and reasonable! After several visits, a call to Trek Corporate, over 5 weeks, and a talk with the manager, I was able to get that problem, as well as the shifting problem and rotor centering problem worked on. We are located at the start of the East Bay bike path in downtown Providence (between the Hot Club and Trader Joe's) & 2 blocks from the India Point park where the bike path starts. We have Lectric straight bars and step-thru's 3.0’s and 2.0's. Leg/foot clearing distance is the only variable on the Lectric's. The Step-thru's are the lowest and the Straight bar is 4-5 inches higher. I am 6'2" and ride all of the bikes. They all have cool accessories. Think of a rental as a "try before you buy". E-bikes extend where you can go.

Bill was early for pickup to Logan and super nice on the way there, making the ride enjoyable. The brand new van offered a very comfortable, smooth and quiet ride and we had plenty of time to spare at the airport. Before departures Bill even offered a courtesy check to make sure we had all the important items like passport, wallet, phone etc. Arriving home, our driver Tony communicated his ETA and called us to confirm the precise pickup point even down to the inch. Tony was so nice and we had good conversation with him and again the van was super comfortable and clean. Tony even helped carry suitcases directly to the door. I appreciated that both Bill and Tony communicated multiple times in text with confirmations, ETAs etc. Sent photos of the vans well in advance with license plates which was a really nice touch, so that we knew exactly what vehicle to look for. Bill and Tony easily accommodated an itinerary with multiple stops which made our lives SO much easier and saved us from unnecessary driving and coordination. Everything was done via text/phone which is way better than dealing with a clunky website or corporate office. Price was very reasonable and very well worth it for the level of professionalism you get. We will be booking with Bill's Transportation Services in the future for sure.
