I removed authorization for them to charge my card pending an audit and conversation with the manager, Manager never called for conversation was threatening to call other companies. Continued to tell me they would show up with police to drain my tank, we were also sent two different invoices for the same service. Bill was $578 I just had a $500 bill from them last month. I am fine paying my bill but I want to pay for what I actually received not their inflated theft. THEY CHARGED MY CARD WHEN AUTHORIZATION WAS REMOVED.

Got a real tech from TLC in that afternoon to fix the problem. Funnier still, weeks later, I get a call from one of their techs wondering if I still need help relighting my pilots. I told him what happened and he was horrified and said he was calling in to try to get me a discount on my last $1000 load. Never heard a thing since. SHOCKING!!!
