Right on time, competent with his skills, and friendly. One final shout out to Tim in Albuquerque for taking care of us and assuring us that Pods was the best. Made our starting of rental storage very easy. A pleasure to work with. Unfortunately I have to knock one star here, but it is not for any service reason, it is an access issue that these folks may have no control over. The access road is abhorred. As the Missus and I have physical issues, it was a short and painful drive from the main road. Overall we are happy at the moment.

Past management was aloof, dismissive of their own promos that they couldn't/wouldn't honor, hiding behind corporate 'rules' that basically let them off the hook for providing good service. Tim has reversed all that and actually, eagerly, wants to provide great customer service. And he goes the extra mile to do so with a can-do attitude and a friendly smile. In Santa Fe, one has endless storage offerings on practically any street corner. Genuine customer service and keeping the place clean - honoring the promos - are what customers want. Thanks to Tim, UMini is far better today than just a short while back to achieving that obvious truth.

If there is one comment I would have is that there is no automated way to close a unit otherwise my rating would've been five stars. That comment is of course directed at the corporate entity and not the local facility who's response has always been excellent.

I was 9 days late total including my 5 day period and I told the manager I would pay asap because she wasn't the only enity I owed money too. Her response was I had to pay by Monday or a lien charge of $30 was going to be added and the paperwork started. Wow! What customer service this woman provided. But you should of heard the excuses she had when I told her that her boss was going to get a phone call and the BBB. I guarantee that 90 percent of the people who've been doing business with this place have been there longer than this woman's been here in New Mexico. This establishment has lost my business and if I was you, I'd do my research before you put your trust in this businesses hand. I'm sure there's alot better storages around the corner!
