Unfortunately I have to knock one star here, but it is not for any service reason, it is an access issue that these folks may have no control over. The access road is abhorred. As the Missus and I have physical issues, it was a short and painful drive from the main road. Overall we are happy at the moment.

They are Santa Fe's only certified wine storage facility for the private sector. Climate controlled units are inside, with several locker sizes to chose from. They also sell wine racks and locks and have dollys for moving your merch into its new home. There is a room which looks like it is being set up for wine tastings perhaps. This place is just what Santa Fe needed. The main selling point though was Jordan, who went out of his way to go over everything they had to offer, and did so with a smile and patience as my dad asked innumerable questions. Hey, if you're a wine connoisseur you are passionate about your bottles, and it was great that the gentlemen there understood this and was just as enthusiastic to help answer all of his questions and concerns.

I was 9 days late total including my 5 day period and I told the manager I would pay asap because she wasn't the only enity I owed money too. Her response was I had to pay by Monday or a lien charge of $30 was going to be added and the paperwork started. Wow! What customer service this woman provided. But you should of heard the excuses she had when I told her that her boss was going to get a phone call and the BBB. I guarantee that 90 percent of the people who've been doing business with this place have been there longer than this woman's been here in New Mexico. This establishment has lost my business and if I was you, I'd do my research before you put your trust in this businesses hand. I'm sure there's alot better storages around the corner!
