Their billing was very clear and transparent, and they offered an easy auto-pay option. Their location is right off highway 599 (you can see it from the highway), which is very convenient. The manager, Jimmie, is incredibly helpful and friendly. He responded promptly to email inquiries, and we met him in person when we were cleaning out our unit. We brought us ice-cold water on a hot day, and also offered to help us move some of the larger items. I cannot recommend them highly enough, it's a very friendly, well-run local business.

There, Dee also went out of her way (and calmed me down, as this whole thing has been so whacky) to help me, explain how things worked, took me directly to the locker, and like Samantha and the gentleman at the first location, was kindness and helpfulness personified. The lock we used was one purchased from Extra Storage on San Mateo and the thieves were able to unlock it somehow. Since their cameras didn't catch anything and it's been some time since we were at the space our renter's insurance through Progressive is denying our claim since it MIGHT have happened before our coverage was started.
