Then I ran into a snag, the private storage facility that I rented a unit from to store my items was locked during regular business hours. We all sat outside of the facility while I called and texted the owner with no response. I did not get a response. I didn't know what to do, so I asked them if they knew of any other storage facilities in the area. Miguel and Zeke went above and beyond by finding me an available unit in the area, getting me into contact with the storage facility manager and we were up and running again. That was far above their job duties and I appreciate them going above and beyond and helping me. I will be using Two Men and a Truck for moving from here on out. Outstanding work all around.

It was relatively quick to get an estimate, and I appreciate that they only charge for what is actually used during the move. I really appreciated being able to get packing services done same day as the loading/unloading, even with an extra stop in between. My packers/movers were all very professional, kind, and communicative. As someone with social anxiety, I appreciated that they were willing to let me leave when I needed to and would come to talk when there were questions. At the new place they asked where to put things, which was helpful to not have to arrange large items afterwards. I would absolutely recommend them to any first timers like myself!
