Their billing was very clear and transparent, and they offered an easy auto-pay option. Their location is right off highway 599 (you can see it from the highway), which is very convenient. The manager, Jimmie, is incredibly helpful and friendly. He responded promptly to email inquiries, and we met him in person when we were cleaning out our unit. We brought us ice-cold water on a hot day, and also offered to help us move some of the larger items. I cannot recommend them highly enough, it's a very friendly, well-run local business.

The lock we used was one purchased from Extra Storage on San Mateo and the thieves were able to unlock it somehow. Since their cameras didn't catch anything and it's been some time since we were at the space our renter's insurance through Progressive is denying our claim since it MIGHT have happened before our coverage was started. They are Santa Fe's only certified wine storage facility for the private sector. Climate controlled units are inside, with several locker sizes to chose from. They also sell wine racks and locks and have dollys for moving your merch into its new home. There is a room which looks like it is being set up for wine tastings perhaps. This place is just what Santa Fe needed. The main selling point though was Jordan, who went out of his way to go over everything they had to offer, and did so with a smile and patience as my dad asked innumerable questions.
