I use Rael's for my propane tank delivery. As opposed to some other delivery service providers we have had, Rael's always delivers within a day or two of request. They are always polite and pleasant on the phone. I can't recommend them enough. Why spend days wondering when national services providers will get there? I was in shock yesterday the way my husband was treated. We have been using them for years. They always say open yet no one is ever there but because the older gentleman owner was so nice we continued to use them .
Yesterday my husband called to tell them that he was there last Friday after 3 attempts to buy propane and a phone message. Answer FRIDAY ! as he continued to say in a very nice way that it's not very good customer service to have a open sign and you are not there. Answer Silence. He continued to ask if someone was going to be there since it's 30 Minutes to get to town?. Silence and Said I REALLY DONT CARE! GO TO FERRALS AND HUNG UP ON HIM ( Rude and sarcastic) We believe it's the younger generation of the family.
Anyone else having being treated this way by a family business ? Never ever again will I give you my money. I'll go elsewhere if that's how you treat your customers.

Helpful service. The tank in our RV is hard to get out, but these helpful guys do it for us. Also- they only charge for the amount of propane you need to fill up the tank, so it's a money saver. read more
