Things in…read morelife happen that you can't control, don't expect to get any sympathy from anyone especially the general manager at this storage! I was 9 days late total including my 5 day period and I told the manager I would pay asap because she wasn't the only enity I owed money too. Her response was I had to pay by Monday or a lien charge of $30 was going to be added and the paperwork started. Wow! What customer service this woman provided. But you should of heard the excuses she had when I told her that her boss was going to get a phone call and the BBB. I guarantee that 90 percent of the people who've been doing business with this place have been there longer than this woman's been here in New Mexico. This establishment has lost my business and if I was you, I'd do my research before you put your trust in this businesses hand. I'm sure there's alot better storages around the corner!

The technician arrived right on time as promised and was very professional in appearance. He measured the spaces we needed cleaned then gave us the cost. The carpet was cleaned in a very reasonable amount of time for the space; we didn't feel that he was too slow or too fast. Our carpet is so incredibly clean now! We are thrilled with the professional and courteous service that we received from Edelweiss. We will definitely hire them again and recommend them highly!

USE W CAUTION! Had a leak in my bathroom. Suspected it was behind the cabinet. Called Klaus and…read moreasked him to remove the back of the cabinet to expose the pipes. We noticed some mold and that was quickly removed. He came w two young guys and a dehumidifier (which he left on for the week). When I checked back w them after an hour, Klaus had DRILLED 3/4" HOLES ALL ALONG MY CABINET BOTTOM and in the sheetrock (12 total)!!! We NEVER discussed this! He actually did DAMAGE while I was not in the room! I asked him why he did this. He claimed that it was to "air it out" and that it was "easy to repair" by installing a wood strip over the holes! Wow, not what I wanted for sure. Two thing Klaus kept asking me the entire 2 hrs that he was at my house was 1.) is this going to be a homeowner insurance claim, and 2.) he wanted to REMOVE the cabinet, and even suggested coming at the leak from the OUTSIDE of the house! The literally cut through our exterior wall. Months went by as we tried to close the leak (which we did). In the meantime Klaus sends my a bill for $700! For what? Doing damage in 2hrs?! I told him to COMPLETE the job by repairing the damage he did and I would pay him. That was Summer, now it's Winter and Edelweiss has done 0. And the leak was in the floor.

I am impressed that Manny lacked 1) respect for US Veterans, The Church, funeral services, grieving families, etc. 2) respect for his employee who now suffers from mental distress from having been paid only $50 to dishonor fellow community members at church, and 3) the common sense or skill to identify ANY of the myriad of other locations/occasions that we unmistakably frequent which would have been unfathomably appropriate to serve a petty court document at.
