I researched the price (while there) and saw that, though they won't negotiate on the price, I was satisfied that it was the best deal in the area on that specific vehicle (2022 Tacoma Off-Road). We drove home that day with our new truck! David in finance was very patient with me. He sent me home that day with brochures/details on the various extended warranties that were available. I did my research on warranty companies & found that the one they offer is the BEST. They did negotiate on the ones that we wanted, a few days later. I had questions about maintenance and one of their very astute technicians was happy to have an in depth conversation with me over the phone, explaining the engineering behind my questions. The popular model I chose took some time to arrive from the factory, but the wait was well worth it. During that wait, when questions came up, I received enthusiastic assistance from several other members of the sales staff, even though I was another salesperson's customer.

In addition to this he lost his sight in one eye, so he really really really doesn't need to be behind the wheel. Unfortunately he has been super reluctant to give up driving as it feels like he's giving up his freedom. I respect that but the fact remains that for everybody's safety it was just time. So when he finally admitted that he knew he shouldn't be driving I took the ball and ran like hell. I called up the dealership to discuss terminating the lease on his vehicle. He was reluctant to give up driving so I was willing to do the work for him to make it a smooth hand off. I anticipated, and in fact expected pushback from them regarding ending the the lease early but after explaining the situation they were completely understanding and worked with us. I know it's weird giving a dealership five stars to take a car back, but as much as they want to sell cars, dealing with people who have a heart and understand when it's time to get somebody out from behind the wheel for their own good and putting their clients needs before profits is amazingly human of them and greatly appreciated! Lexus of Santa Fe will sell or lease you a wonderful vehicle if you want, but more to the point they actually care about your safety above everything else. The team here went above and beyond what I expected to find at a dealership and my entire family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts as we no longer have to worry about him hurting somebody while driving when he shouldn't have been.

Unsatisfactory work. 4 work orders. Stabilizer repair- sold us a replacement control module. On…read morethe trip following the replacement they didn't work. In actuality the hydrologic lines needed to be replaced. $800 down the drain. Winterizing service- couldn't figure out flood in bathroom. They didn't drain the toilet sprayer it cracked. Had to replace on our trip. Oil change and check up - supposedly checked tire pressure. Again on the trip following that, we stopped to check on a lug nut cover. They saw the passenger front tire had threads showing. So we had to spend 2 extra nights, Friday till Monday. Had to order the tires. De-winterize- couldn't figure out why no hot water. Again on a trip. Had to call them, they forgot to reopen the bypass valve on the water heater. Very unprofessional and they have high prices. Would not recommend them.
