Our first trip out in our new RV from Santa Fe RV
    Greg S.

Purchased a Braxton 27 foot Travel Trailer from Dan at Santa Fe RV. The sales was no pressure but Dan made sure we knew what we were looking at and all the options. I compared prices in Albuquerque, Arizona, Amarillo, and Colorado and Santa Fe RV gave me the best price and more importantly the best service. They made sure I understood how to use everything on the RV and made sure I had everything I needed to head out to the campsite the minute I drove it off the lot. A Few minor issues were taken care of immediately so I can honestly say they took care of me after the sale as well. You can not go wrong buying an RV from here. Thanks Dan And Santa Fe RV for a great buying experience.

I decided to RV full-time and wanted a self-contained teardrop camper. I found the model I was looking for on Santa Fe RV's website. I had several conversations and emails with Dan (since I lived out of state.) Dan was so helpful and patient with my many questions. When I got to Santa Fe to make my purchase everyone was so helpful. The unit was exactly as I expected. They gave me a full walk-through. They showed me how to operate every system. Everything was smooth and easy. It's been 5 months since my purchase and Dan and his team are always available to answer my questions that have come up since living and traveling in my camper. I am so happy I made my camper purchase at Santa Fe RV.

Our Bushwacker 17BH all hooked up and ready to go with help from Dan.

Dan made this a very personal experience and ensured we had everything we needed to get started with our first camper. Communication was great, pickup was a breeze, and the extras thrown in to make sure we were ready to go off the lot were phenomenal. Glad we shopped there!

at Sunnyville RV Resort in T or C, great to be able to travel to warmer weather, and with private hot springs tubs!

I can't say enough good things about this business. I bought a 2019, 24' Braxton Creek Trailer on my first visit. Dan, Jim and Terese were exceedingly patient and thorough in showing their many selections, and gave me a Great Price!! -- Exceptional Customer Service. I am recommending them to all my RV/camping friends.

Had my brand new toyhauler delivered here from Iowa Kenneth most of the way we came from Tucson to pick it up

The ladder was new in the box from the manufacturer, OWL. The company told us it's a 30 minute job to install the ladder, which is confirmed by YouTube videos on the installation process. We were given an appointment time to drop off the van "when the tech will be here" so that we could discuss the job with the technician. When we arrived, the technician was not there so there was no one to discuss the work with, the receptionist took the keys and we were not given any paperwork of any sort or any estimate. We received a call the following day saying the van was ready to be picked up. Imagine our surprise at being billed $450 for THREE HOURS of labor at $150 an hour. We paid $480 with tax. But the real kicker was that the door wouldn't shut because the ladder/ hinges were incorrectly installed. We had to return again a few hours later to pick it up after they figured out how to install it correctly. Another one hour round trip. I certainly don't mind paying for work, but we suspect we paid these people to figure out how to do a job that they should be completely capable of doing in 30 minutes. Maybe they should have watched a YouTube video first so they could have done it correctly. Needless to say we will be looking for a competent RV repair company to do the remainder of our work. To top it all off, they charged our card nearly $20 more than the total on the invoice, which is fraud. We are disputing this with the credit card company. We recommend staying away from this place.

We decided to pop in to check it out even though we've got a 2014 Airstream trailer, not "vintage" by any means. What resulted was a serendipitous encounter with the founder of Vintage Trailer Supply, Steve. Even though we told him we don't have a vintage trailer (and therefore probably wouldn't be buying anything), he still took the time to sit down with us and have a wonderful conversation. Steve was so kind and talked with us for about an hour, telling us about how and why he started Vintage Trailer Supply; he introduced us to one of his loyal customers who happened to walk in while we were there; gave us recommendations on things to do & places to eat while we were in New Mexico; asked us about our story and why we decided to hit the road full-time; and of course we discussed our mutual love of Airstreams in general. Our conversation with Steve was priceless and unforgettable and if/when we are vintage RV owners, we will definitely be loyal customers of Vintage Trailer Supply. Stop in to say hi and check out the showroom and all of the various items, t-shirts, etc. they have for sale!

In addition, all the exterior marker lights as well as the taillights were destroyed by the storm. They didn't have to take on this last minute rush job but they did. They even made time to do extra necessary repairs. This is my second exceptional experience with Myers RV Center. Last year they replaced my wheel bearings and brakes. They are professional, trustworthy and do immaculate work. They even vacuumed the debris from inside the trailer, which they totally weren't required to do. I am so grateful to Myers for taking such good care of my camper. And by the way, my rig is an older model. It's not all shiny and new but they treated me like a valued customer just the same. Myers, you have an amazing team and a work ethic that is so rare. I highly recommend Myers RVCenter for all your camper needs. They are knowledgeable, trustworthy and they do excellent work. Your team rocks! The communication was flawless. Repairs completed faster than expected. I am an older single woman, and my experience was flawless. I definitely expressed I was more concerned with functionality over making it look pretty, but guess what? I got both. Definitely breathed new life into my camper and preserved it for years to come. My sincere thanks to all involved. Thanks for recommending having the roof resealed. I feel so much better knowing the work was done correctly. The only help we could find was having a mobile tech retract the slide so that we could at least get going and find a permanent solution later. I called Myers RV Center, Customer Service Manager, Brian Parrott, and left a message. Fifteen minutes later, he called back! I was able to explain the problem and sent him pictures and a video. He didn't hesitate to offer his help and advice on the best way to proceed. He gave me the best-case and worst-case scenarios, which I appreciated because I knew the challenges upfront. I told Brian that we had arranged to get help retracting the slide and would be in Albuquerque, New Mexico, the next morning. Brian got us into his shop the next morning by 10:15am, and by roughly 2:00 pm, we were back on the road and headed home to Colorado. John, the technician who worked on our slide, found us in the customer lounge, where we were waiting (and anticipating bad news). He said "it's done and fixed", and you are ready to go!! John explained that he was able to remove the two broken/sheared-off bolts from the metal support block, which allowed him to use the existing hydraulic cylinder assembly and install new bolts. However, the bigger question John had was why the bolts sheared off to begin with. John took the time and made an effort to look for a root cause and discovered that the hydraulic cylinder assembly on our 10-year-old Tiffin Bus had started to sag, most likely creating a binding or tension on the cylinder when it was in retracting or extending mode. John was able to add a foam-padded shim between the frame and hydraulic housing to support the hydraulic assembly better, thereby eliminating the sag and binding. John went one step further, checking the other hydraulic slide assemblies, and recommended supporting one additional hydraulic housing. From the moment I contacted Brian to our face-to-face discussion with John, the technician, in their customer lounge area, I can tell you it was 100% honest and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate us in a way that is unfortunately not the norm in the RV Service Industry today. It's a 3 1/2-hour drive from our home in Colorado to Myers RV in Albuquerque, but they have more than earned our future business with the kindness and professionalism they extended to us. Sincerely, Terry and Diana

We originally went there to pay for a Jayco pop up it looked like it had a lot of upgrades I believe it was $11,000 we gave him $3,000 down and when we went to go set it up to inspect it the pop-up had some real issues in fact it sat in the lot and probably is still there we did this in November . The Jacob pop-up had some serious issues so we declined nevertheless we were told by Cheryl we could not get our deposit back of $3,000 because we were approved we specifically asked Tyler if it didn't work out would we get our money back and he said absolutely he did give us some papers to sign and told us this was only about our deposit and sign here well my bad for not reading it . So that we don't lose our deposit we landed up buying a 2003 Viking pop up that was literally new they had a sticker in the door that said 32,000 they sold it to us for $17,000 they let us believe that we were getting a great deal nevertheless we paid for it we gave $10,000 down and we credited the rest they tried to tell us to pay for it for a whole year we paid for it in a few months now that the pop-up is paid off but I'm only writing this because we feel like these guys are real cons so becarefull. I really wish I had something better to say about this company but I don't we were gone from one end to the other now we could either lose the $3,000 or we go buy a new one we chose to buy the new one so that we don't lose any money on something that wasn't worth 5 cents this is where we stand . Corey has bugged me and bugged me for a review I really didn't want to give the review cuz it wasn't going to be good but here it is this is not even worth the one star that I gave it I hope that the pop-up does as well . I will tell everybody to be very careful before you make a purchase with Albuquerque RV don't take anything for granite they're looking at the bottom line and it's their pocket not yours so just be careful . They inflated the price of the Viking pop up so that it would look like we're getting this great deal and maybe we did get the great deal maybe I'm just upset about the whole deal all together it just didn't seem right and to be honest with you they really don't care again just be careful if you're purchasing anything from Albuquerque RV
