I told him no where on my email does it state only one coupon may be used he said that's always been their policy. I called Larry Miller Toyota in Albuquerque scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm for all three service items which was completed for $140. The service advisor at Santa Fe Toyota could certainly benefit in a course on Quality Customer Service. Brian Brennan was a former employee at this dealership who truly excelled in his quality customer service skill.

We purchased a 2024 Jeep Rubicon at a great price. Jessica took her time and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed. This is how the purchasing experience should always be. Visit them and have David or Richard set you up with one of their great salespersons. In a prior visit, we dealt with Gilbert, who reminded us that he didn't get paid by the hour, and refused our request to take a test ride of a vehicle similar but not exactly what we were looking for unless we could provide some assurance that we would "most likely" purchase the vehicle. Salesmanship 101: Always cultivate your customer. If they don't buy today, treat them well and they may come back and purchase another time. Cultivating a customer should always be "worth your time". Fortunately, David called me the next day, on speakerphone with another manager and a few others to apologize for Gilbert's treatment of us, and assured us that this is not how their salespersons are trained to treat customers. I'm so glad David called and remedied the situation. David was sincere. You could tell he was genuinely concerned, not just due to my original review. The dealership, David and Jessica have my respect and have earned a loyal customer. Today was a win-win day.

We brought her car in for an oil change and service, driving 1.5 hours from where she lives to do so. They do not provide loaners or offer Ubers/lyfts, so I rented a car for the day. When we got the car back, at the end of the day (just before I had to return the rental!), it had not been washed, and the requested service had not been performed. Then, on the way home, the check engine light came on. For the next appointment, I brought it back myself. They said it would be 1-2 days. Cautiously optimistic, I booked a hotel room... still no word. I stayed a second night, and still didn't hear back. We have called and left two messages waiting for an update, and I am on my way to rent a car so I can drive back to her. It seems pretty problematic that getting a car serviced is ending up this costly (when you factor in the commute, time without a car, inability to get home for days, etc.). At the very least, they could provide us with timely updates. I am young enough that I can manage, but it seems downright unethical for them to hypothetically put an elderly woman in this position. She wouldn't have the option of not getting home, and there would have been no way for her to get a ride that she could afford. The were mildly apologetic about "forgetting" to complete the service we had requested the first time, but this type of mistake is hugely inconvenient (and would have been very risky for my mom to handle) when you are the only dealership within 2 hours. Please get it together, Jeep. I just want my mom to be safe, taken care of, and not to have her financially exploited and inconvenienced for what should be a standard repair service. You really need to provide loaners.

I came back later and they said we're not fixing it yo waited too long. They are just want to sell cars. Not provide adequate mechanical help. Do not trust what the owner says. Get it in writing not verbal agreement.

They love to build nests above the cabin filter, and I have no idea why. This is the third time ive had to get these nests cleaned, but its the first time i've taken it to Nissan Fiesta. I had a scheduled appointment at 2:30 but they did not start working on it until about 2:45. I spoke with the (single) guy assigned to the job. It was just one person working on it. I was told it would cost about $500 and that the labor rate was $180 per hour. I got a call at 4:55pm that it was done. The charge? $780 with $605 billed for labor. It was physically impossible that they could rack up that much labor as (1) the truck was only in their hands for less than 2.5 hours and (2) only one person worked on the truck. 2.5 x $180 = $450, not $605. The last time I had to get the mouse nest removed, I took it to another mechanic and a car detailer. I was able to get it fully cleaned and immaculately detailed, and the oil changed for hundreds less than what these guys charged me. As I was there trying to argue my point in disbelieve, another guy was trying to figure why his bill was so high--they were charging for a part but would not break out the cost of the part. Be warned. These guys are skimming labor hours through a deceptive process of assigning labor to each part and they are not honest about it. I tried to argue my point but best i got was 10% discount. Follow up: After the very strong scent wore off which the sprayed into my vents (which they charged me $200 for), it is clear that they did not resolve the problem. I just spent the morning fishing out more nest material from the vents. I've also now discovered that my AC button is now broken and the manual is missing.

Communication is one of the most important parts of customer service, especially when a customer is dealing with a life-changing medical emergency. When I was finally able to speak with our salesperson, the only option presented was to bring the vehicle in for an appraisal. I explained multiple times that I could not simply drive the vehicle in, so that suggestion was not realistic for our situation. I was also told it would be best to keep the vehicle for two years. While I understand that may have been his opinion, it did not address why we had reached out or the immediate circumstances our family was facing. When we returned to pick up our license plate, I shared my disappointment regarding the lack of communication. The response I received was simply, "I'm sorry." This dealership promotes itself as being "family friendly." Based on our experience, that was not reflected in the way our family was treated during an unexpected medical crisis. We were not expecting special treatment or an exception to dealership policy. We simply expected communication, honesty, and compassion. To be clear, this review is not because the dealership couldn't take the vehicle back. I understand vehicle purchases are governed by contracts and dealership policies. This review is about the lack of communication, the failure to return our calls during a family medical emergency, and the feeling that our concerns were never truly heard. We ended up purchasing that Telluride. Jaquelin went through the vehicle with us when we came in to pick it up. She went through all of the features to set up the features and made sure we wanted those features on or off and exactly what those features do. She was very patient and thorough. Jacquelin also followed up with us the next day to see if all was well and if we had any question. She gave us her contact information if we needed anything. We were very pleased with the purchase and Jaquelin was helpful, informative, and personable.

The next day I was contacted by the GM Michael and we discussed the deal. I agreed to his terms and then never heard back from either one of them again. Received a phone call from some person that I never was told that would call from a whole different car group. With the scams of today I was concerned by who I was speaking with. The communication was non-existent from the start. I have bought many autos in my lifetime but have never experienced the lack of professionalism as I did from this dealership. Please think hard before purchasing an auto from this dealership.
