Not very knowledgeable at all. They fix things that's not broken and neglect what the car was brought in for.

I took my truck (which I purchased there back in 2020) to have a mouse nest and a dead mouse removed from the cabin ventilation system. They love to build nests above the cabin filter, and I have no idea why. This is the third time ive had to get these nests cleaned, but its the first time i've taken it to Nissan Fiesta. I had a scheduled appointment at 2:30 but they did not start working on it until about 2:45. I spoke with the (single) guy assigned to the job. It was just one person working on it. I was told it would cost about $500 and that the labor rate was $180 per hour. I got a call at 4:55pm that it was done. The charge? $780 with $605 billed for labor. It was physically impossible that they could rack up that much labor as (1) the truck was only in their hands for less than 2.5 hours and (2) only one person worked on the truck. 2.5 x $180 = $450, not $605. The last time I had to get the mouse nest removed, I took it to another mechanic and a car detailer. I was able to get it fully cleaned and immaculately detailed, and the oil changed for hundreds less than what these guys charged me. As I was there trying to argue my point in disbelieve, another guy was trying to figure why his bill was so high--they were charging for a part but would not break out the cost of the part. Be warned. These guys are skimming labor hours through a deceptive process of assigning labor to each part and they are not honest about it. I tried to argue my point but best i got was 10% discount. Follow up: After the very strong scent wore off which the sprayed into my vents (which they charged me $200 for), it is clear that they did not resolve the problem. I just spent the morning fishing out more nest material from the vents. I've also now discovered that my AC button is now broken and the manual is missing. read more

General manager, Sales manger, Finance manager helped us with 2 vehicle trade to one great Nissan Sentra lease. I wish they had SUV that we wanted to purchase, if they did, we would've purchased another vehicle form them. They have also helped us transfer bed camper from my truck to a new owner. just got my Titan back from service and drove home...looked at the tires and a lug nut is missing

I have a 2020 NISSAN SENTRA SV. I bought it in July. It is March 2021. The paint is peeling off! It is Gun Gray. When I called fiesta Nissan they did not offer to bring me a loaner car. They did not offer to get my car in there and fixed. They said I had to have the car there before 3pm. I live in Albuquerque not in Santa Fe and I work! That would be impossible. They did not offer to come get the car and bring me another car to drive. They actually sounded A bit irritated with my situation they are the ones who sold me that car! Anyway I have had to deal with Malloy Nissan and Mike Anderson at Melloy Nissan has been absolutely wonderful he has gone out of his way to help me and I honestly believe that he cares about this whole situation. I am actually starting to trust that everything will work out. Thank you Mike Anderson! Nissan Selling cars where the paint is peeling off when the paint should last 13 to 15 years or for life that's ridiculous it's ridiculous that my tent on my windows is starting to bubble it's a 2020 NISSAN ! I had problems with this place years ago when they tried to sell me a used car that they claimed was new. Fiesta Nissan ruined my transmission! My Nissan Altima has 177k Miles on it. I was driving it from Arizona to Colorado with my son that attends school I'm Colorado and my car lost power on the hill. So I stopped at the closest Nissan dealership which was Fiesta Nissan. They told me I needed new transmission fluid and I trusted them! After my car now has a P1777 code I did some research and they Never ever should have changed the fluid on a car with that many miles! It is like common sense to car people! So now they want to charge me 4500 to replace the transmission! Nissan just did over $2000 in engine work from a recall! They just totaled my car! I want them to make it right! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. MANAGEMENT RENEGED ON THEIR OFFER WE ACCEPTED. We spent 4 1/2 hours here. Management verbally offered us a sales price and a trade in value which we accepted. Long after providing our financial and personal information (we have excellent credit and clear title), management sent the sales rep back to tell us, "we can't do the deal." While management has apparent authority to make an offer, management apparently has no authority to close it. WTF? read more

You can't improve on perfect. I had a warranty issue on my car due to loss of power. Service suggested a complete computer system update, which restored the power. Tony (Service Manager), Mario (Service Advisor) and the mechanic who worked on my car (Wish I could remember his name:-\ He was great!) were all extremely helpful and responded in a timely fashion. Went in to participate in their mailer promotion and initially was ignored but then completely mistreated and spoken to poorly by an Asian salesman. No one should buy a car from you his place it's ridiculous to be treated so poorly when the salesman's livelihood is based on your purchase and it's deceptive advertising when they get you in there with a flyer that says well check a board to see if you won and not say you have to endure a spiel by an ignorant salesmen who will try to get you to buy a car. For specific reasons I had to have my car towed here . I use my car for work everyday and I'm stuck in Santa Fe . They said my car would be done the following day . i call them that day and they then say that my car won't be done til Tuesday after noon ( 5 days after I drop it off) and it's going to cost over $1000 to fix my vehicle. I'm 19 years old stuck in Santa Fe , and I cried to them and I called them and asked them if there was ANYTHING they could do for me , i have no way to get to work, I'm stuck, and I'm stressing about this so bad And they refuse to do anything for me . WOMEN BEWARE! The Service Center at this dealership is full and liars and thieves. The first time I went with a $29.99 coupon for an oil change. When I arrived and showed them the coupon I printed from their website, they told me that oil changes were normally $49.99 for my vehicle, and the coupon was only for $10 off. Long story short, after threats were made by be to contact the Better Business Bureau and such for false advertising, the coupon was FINALLY honored. Second story begins with me visiting to give them a second chance when Sam's Club put the wrong size battery in my car. Told them that everything to do with the battery needed to be on a separate ticket for Sam's Club and I would pay for anything else. I picked up my vehicle Thursday night to find out Friday morning, when my car died again, that they didn't fasten the bolt for the negative charge on the battery, nor did they tighten my battery down with the bracket when I specifically told them the bracket was in my car. They had no regard for my safety. Also found out that they lied about some belts be "nicked" and needed $400 replacing. read more
