a very bad experience with this vendor. They force customer stay through non-refundable policy rather than good service. the progressive glass did not fit me well, cause my eye strain, headache and lots of mental worry. They re-made them, but still not work. The two months experience is a disaster. read more

long time customer....never again.....tried to cancel my order same day and was told it was too late to cancel!! went to warby parker which had better frames for half the price with a 14 day return policy and an absolutely superb optician. seriously do not step foot in pearl vision. spread the word!!! i put my story in our 250 club member newsletter, read more

I'm giving 3 stars only because I have had a great experience in the past, so I don't want to take the credit away from dr. Alex or anyone else I've dealt with in the past because they were fantastic! I called in today to see if you guys took my new insurance and to see if I was due for an exam. The woman I spoke to on the phone was so unpleasant and rude. She had such a rude, arrogant tone like I was bothering her. I am not usually one to post things like this but I was left feeling flabbergasted about that interaction. I understand dealing with people all day is exhausting but this was so unacceptable. read more

The staff is excellent. My dog somehow got a hold of my glasses during the night and chewed up the left side thoroughly. Even though I was not a patient of theirs since I recently moved to the area, they were able to match up my prescription and get me into a new pair within minutes. read more

Connie was generous with her time and expertise in helping find glasses that looked great on my elderly mom and fit her well. We wandered next door to pick out greeting cards in the time it took her to make the glasses. And voilà, our mission was accomplished. Thank you Connie! read more

Dr's are excellent and professional. Second time dealing with rude, dismissive and unprofessional associate. I would not recommend this establishment. read more

I had a fabulous experience at this Pearle Vision. I was helped by Eva who is absolutely fantastic. She was extremely knowledgeable and more helpful than you could ever expect. The location is extra clean. The quality of the eyewear is top shelf. If you need a pair of glasses or contacts or an eye exam this is the place that you should go they will take excellent care of you. Parking is easy in a large lot more than enough spots for everybody. I Give Pearle Vision a Solid 5 Stars read more

I had great experience at Pearle Vision Wilmington, MA location today. Kevin Arsenault helped me with everything. He was kind, polite and efficient at his work. There was an insurance issue but he went out of his way and helped me out. He also helped with finding right glasses and frame for my family member. Highly recommend this place. read more

The Optometrist who helped was extremely good and kind and professional! The ladies at the front desk were nice, but the guy who helped us select the glasses was extremely extremely rude! and treated us very very badly! Will never go there again! read more

I went to Pearle Vision looking for a new look - my experience was fabulous. Eva helped me try on eyeglasses and gave me extra attention since my prescription is unusual. She explained everything about my lenses and helped me make the perfect decision. My eyeglasses were made perfectly and completed as promised. I could Not be happier!!!! Thank you Eva for being so professional and personable! I thank you every day as I get complimented on my new eyeglasses. read more

Rude. Came here to get my glasses adjusted, and the optician complained to my face why she loathes adjusting frames that weren't purchased from them. Went on and on and asked me why I wasn't bringing them to another optician. Obviously I didn't come here for the customer service experience! Rude people: not worth my time or money. read more

meh. the doctors are pretty good, but service is spotty. The woman at the front desk was really nice.

I have been getting my eye glasses from Pearl Vision with Eva for many years now, I have always been 100% satisfied each time doing business with her. Eva is an expert in her field and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to look fashionable and be treated with respect. Thank you Eva for everything! Denise B. read more

Do not buy your glasses from this office. They do not notify you per the Massachusetts States law that all sales are finale. Since each site is a franchise, calling the home office will be no help. I was charged $450.00 for one pair of glasses, never notified when they were ready to be picked up, and looking to deal with this through small claims court. Don't buy your glasses here, look online, and save 75% or go to an independent optometrist. good luck! read more

My husband and I recently visited Pearl Vision in Wilmington, MA and we were very happy with the knowledgeable staff and wonderful customer service. Eva worked with us and she was very helpful. My husband's eyeglasses broke in two at the bridge of the nose and he didn't want to invest in a new pair of glasses with an old prescription, considering the fact that his next eye exam is coming up in a month. Eva was able to find a pair of plastic frames that would accommodate my husband's old lenses - with a few adjustments and some heat from their special machine. The new frames are working great and we will be sure to return to this particular Pearl Vision after my husband has his next eye appointment and with his new eyeglass prescription. Great customer service, all around!!! Thank you. read more

Worst customer service I had ever dealt with. They did not have my information under the correct name. They told me I was seen in a year that I did not even live in the area. They could not find my prescription. The people at this location are awful. My experience with the dr was also not great. He was very unclear and quick. read more

Quick service, however once they gave my prescription they refused to measure my PD number since I didn't want to buy my glasses there. I called asking if they could measure me, they stated no you're not buying them here. Called back again asking if they were doctors turns out they are NOT!!! Can you say false advertising?! Ugh .. Never again! read more

Shopping for glasses is possibly my least favorite thing in the world, but Linda at PearleVision has made the entire process about as painless as it can get. I visited last week and she spent at least an hour with me helping pick out eyeglass frames and sunglasses. (The store has a great selection of frames, including tons for those with smaller faces such as myself). I couldn't order that day, and needed to return later. I came back a full week later and she still remembered exactly who I was and was just as pleasant. She sat down with me and talked finances to work out the best deal for me on both frames. I would HIGHLY recommend PearleVision to anyone shopping for glasses. read more

Just annoying when I go to a pharmacy and drive home to realize the pharmacy actually gave me another persons script. Im not upset at the mistake and those easily could happen. Whats upsetting is when i get back there the pharmacy just closed by maybe 5 minutes. So i stood up at drive thru and saw a pharmacist in there. So i knocked on the window and no response. The person was maybe 8 ft from the window so I knocked louder and louder and they clearly ignoring me. Finally a coworker walks by and in same distance hears me. I hold scrip to wimdow and they see mistake. Now i wasnt feeling well nor was i in the mood to drive back but i didnt want them to tell the person they already recieved it. Just annoying when doing right thing and clearing up their error the person couldnt just have acknowledged me 15 min prior...... read more

The best optical experience. Connie was our associate, her attention to detail and knowledge was a breath of fresh air! She helped us pick out the perfect pair of glasses that fit, felt and looked perfect on me. It was such a positive experience; I left feeling confident about my purchase. read more

I love this office! The doctor is awesome, best exam i've ever had, very thorough, and informative. I learned a lot of things about my eyes that no other doctor has ever taken the time to tell me. The store staff were awesome, they were very knowledgeable when it came to frames and what styles looked good on me. Overall I am very pleased with my experience at the office. read more

The screw came out of the frame for my glasses yesterday and I went here to initially buy a repair kit to fix it. The guy working fixed it immediately on the spot, even though I did not originally buy my glasses here. I recently moved to Wilmington and will go here next time for my eye exam and glasses due to the very helpful employee and service read more

I stopped in to see if all Pearle Vision centers are connected as I had an issue with mine in Peabody, MA. Eva indicated they were not but how could she help me and she repaired / cleaned my glasses instantly and would NOT take any money and since I work in Woburn I will be going there from now on as she was exceptional! read more

I called on a Friday around noon after I received a text message from husband stating that his glasses had snapped in half. (no joke . . . snapped in half perfectly in the bridge of the glasses!). This was about the eleventh vision place I had called for an appointment later that day, and they were able to accommodate us at 4 pm. The receptionist was AMAZING! She was very knowledgeable about the insurance side which made the visit even easier. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. We left within an hour with brand new glasses. We will definitely be back and I recommend this location of Pearle Vision to anyone and everyone. Their customer service was fabulous, I truly can not say enough good things about this place. read more

If I could give no stars I would! This is the worst place to buy glasses. They screwed up my glasses so bad, took at least 4 tries to get them right. They do not even care when they screw up. Pricing is horrible, they let you believe you are getting a deal, but they end up being more expensive. Steer clear of this vision center as it is like a big box chain who should not be allowed to sell glasses. read more

I have nothing but the highest praise for Pearle Vision in Wilmington. I had a very thorough eye exam by an extremely pleasant young lady who explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. They have a wonderful selection of frames and a very pleasant woman helped me to find some that I loved. Unfortunately the prices are overwhelming, but this is not the fault of the staff. So if you want a great exam, go there! I had no trouble getting my PD number. If you can afford it, they have great glasses and great customer service. I highly recommend them. read more

Great service, made my first time buying glasses easy. It's easy to make an appointment right online. The manager Eva was very helpful and my glasses were ready the next day! read more

Definitely the worst customer service I've ever gotten from a store. They were not able to complete my prescription upon my visit. They will NEVER call you back for anything. (Glasses, prescription, concerns). Glasses were poorly cut and making the lenses always pop out. I feel like I got my money stolen from me. read more
