I have had many glasses made here- Some I bought at other shops to have lenses quickly put in here- Every time they do a great job. I particularly like the people that work here. I was motivated to write a good review because I was in the are last weekend with new frames I bought hoping to get them lenses- Although, they couldn't do it for me due to the MA state law about expired prescriptions the woman that helped me was super nice, showed me what my benefits were with my insurance (it wasn't clear online) Had me screen shot it and tried to get me an eye exam/ place to go. I have had eye exams here as well and a contact exam. Both were fine. Cant find anything bad to say.

The location is extra clean. The quality of the eyewear is top shelf. If you need a pair of glasses or contacts or an eye exam this is the place that you should go they will take excellent care of you. When we went back for a follow up yesterday, the charge was $225 which he was not in with the eye dr for more than 3 minutes. They asked him how he felt while using them and that was it. The follow up wasn't for anything except to try to get us to purchase the contact lenses from them. I was not told beforehand that the follow up was going to be almost 3 times what the initial visit was. We will never be back. If you do decide to go there you better ask the cost beforehand.

When Dr. Ward owned it, it was like a family run, practice with individualized, caring, and exceptional care. The new owner of the practice actually told my family to find a new provider. I am not going to get into the specifics because of HIPAA, but I can tell you it was a bogus matter and I hope he suffers the consequences of his ridiculous, irrational decisions.
