    We've been considering getting a Navi for a little while and finally decided to go for it. I called around to a couple dealerships to see what they had in stock and what the out the door price would be for that day as we had cash in hand. none of those interactions were bad per se but when I called peak, Marsha answered the phone and not only gave me a comparable out the door price, but also the breakdown of what all that entailed. They also had what we were looking for in stock. When we walked in, she greeted us and helped answer any questions we had. If there was a question we had that she was unsure of, she got the answer from someone who did know. We made the decision to get the bike, she walked us through as much paperwork as she could before handing us off to Justin to finish up & pay. (she also kept us in the loop while we were waiting for him to finish up with people in front of us and walked us around to introduce us to the gentleman who could help if we needed different parts, and the gentleman who could help for service). Justin was fantastic - he knew what he was doing and answered any questions we had. When we needed a second to deliberate on some additional coverage options, he was patient and understanding. Because we were slated to get our motorcycle license that week, we were unable to take the bike home that day but they worked with us to get it delivered within the next couple days. When it was delivered, the time was exactly in the time slot that they had offered. Ian was very friendly and did a quick run-through of anything we needed to know or might be unsure of. Since then, we have waited for the title in order to register and we're confused about the process - I called and Marsha explained the process and because we're waiting on the County and that seems to be taking a minute, she let us know that if our temp plate expired, to let them know and they'd get us another one until the county came through. We are planning on getting a cycle in the future, and this will be the first place we check out when we're ready. Great customer service all around.

    Best Dealership around! If you need maintenance, a new bike or anything Honda Powersports they are your solution! Amazing customer service and the technicians treat your bike like their own. Hard to find in shops now a days unfortunately.

    This last weekend, I bought a Honda ADV 150 from Peak Honda World. From start to finish, Nathan helped to make the buying process fun and smooth. I'm glad I relied on Brittany J's recommendation to ask for him. I love my new scooter and buying from Peak Honda World was a great experience. Awesome!

The moment I walked through their doors Chris met me with a giant smile and listened to everything I said was happening with my bike. He was very professional and polite. Gave me rough estimates and all types of brands for the parts I may have been needing. I then towed my bike in and met Conner who was also super professional and met you with a smile! He brought my bike in and did a diagnostic and then fixed the problem. Which ended up being WAY cheaper than what we all figured the problem was! Honestly what a relief! Conner could have still charged me for the original problem I would have never known, but instead he was incredibly honest and helped me out! I honestly will never bring my bike to another shop! They will be who I turn to when I can't fix the problem myself! If you need a good shop look no further, they are who you should trust your machine with! Connor and Chris from one rider to another thank you for all you have done and for the immense honesty and integrity you have held through this whole process! I have been just blown away by the both of you and can't thank you enough!

Now I have to take him to court!!

    My KDX was leaking transmission fluid into the combustion chamber, which requires splitting the…read morecase (on a KDX) to repair. I contacted John at Moto Fix and gave a rough estimate just for the seal replacement and suggested if I wanted to save on labor cost I could remove the engine from the bike myself and just bring the engine in if I felt comfortable with doing that, which I did. Since the engine had to be completely disassembled I told John to do a "top end" and anything else that needs repairs, just keep me posted. John kept me updated and informed every step of the way. John is very meticulous and I feel he gave my bike the same care as if he was working on his own bike which is why I went to him in the first place because I don't much trust the big bike dealers repair shops. It did take a little time for John to get it done as he had a lot going on and he is basically a one man show but it was well worth the wait. The final cost with all extra work was very reasonable and slightly less than I was expecting

    John at MotoFix is a master craftsman. He squeezed me in for a couple minor repairs earlier this…read moreyear. I've worked in lots of garages -- automobile and motorcycle -- and I have never seen anyone work like John. He is methodical AND quick. I watched as he did the repairs and I have never seen anyone follow good practices and recommendations like he did. His price was reasonable for average work, low for his work. I expect to lean much harder on John in the future. Superb work by a master mechanic.
