I agreed to pay more because I thought they were a premium service. What a joke - my pool never had so many issues. They overcharge for the market and the value is definitely out of scope. They upcharge every single chemical by nearly criminal amounts (and again it's a MYSTERY what you're being charged). They have 0 communication with their customers and apparently have expectations they don't communicate. It's apparent they're running a scam and really... truly... don't care about what happens to your pool - because they'll CHARGE you to fix it. I promise you, this company is a complete scam that hides behind a wall with 0 etiquette or customer service - completely rude and aggressive in their approach which is unreal coming from a business. As a professional myself who deals with customers, I could never (ever) imagine taking they approach they take when presented with issues or concerns. I agree with Buster... RUN... don't walk. ** Please DO read the other comments about "billing" - they charge $40 on an unclear turnaround expectation with NO INVOICES or NO NOTIFICATION on charges. You're BLINDLY charged - truly! And if you're NOT allowing automatic payments so they can rip you off with 0 documentation they will assess unreal fees that they NEVER explain or document. My amazing pool maintenance company-TLC Pool Service and Repair -Deron! Deron is super picky and been in the pool business forever. He only works with Scottsdale Pools-Dustin. My neighbor also referred him and I watched them at work and was so impressed. They designed and built our neighbors beautiful pool and back yard. We already had a pool/spa but it needed resurfaced-going from plaster to pebble tec sheen. We also needed a great deal of tile repair. WOW! Scottsdale Pool exceeded our expectations-which were already set very high! Dustin the owner came out initially to go over every detail. He is outstanding in his field. He is SO knowledgeable and answered all of our many questions. He explained the entire process. He told us what day his crew would be out to demo the pool. They showed up at 7:00am (as soon as HOA allowed). They worked non stop until the pool and spa was completely chipped out. Everything was hauled away that day! Next came his amazing tilers-Dago and Cindy. They did the mortar, set, grout and sealed waterline tile. They also repaired tile and rebuilt the entry way. Lastly was the application of the BEAUTIFUL Pebble Tec Sheen. We actually had Dustin pick out the tile bc he has amazing taste and so much experience. I am so glad we had him choose bc it looks absolutely gorgeous! Dustin was in constant contact throughout the process. I was in awe of the entire process and the work ethic of his crews. I knew I was in good hands bc I watched a HUGE project go in at my neighbors. I certainly was in the best hands and I am forever grateful for this incredible company who stands way above the rest!
