Our new counter tops and island were light Taj Mahal quartzsite stone and needed to be sealed. Jason thoroughly explained the Granite Shield process and products that they would use as well as the lifetime guarantee. We also had recently installed travertine stone floors in our entry and guest bathroom that also needed sealing. Jason offered a 10-year guaranteed sealing on these surfaces. Phillip came to our home to measure and give us an exact estimate on the work. We ended up scheduling Brauner's Granite Sealing to do the work on the counters, island, flooring and two glass panels in our master bathroom shower stall. When Phillip returned to do the work, he was prompt and explained each of the three different processes as he worked through our house. He did not rush the jobs and was very careful to keep surrounding areas clean and protected. As he finished, he demonstrated how water would bead up on each surface and not soak into the stone or grout. Phillip also explained the correct cleaning process for each surface and left a starter set of kit of cleaning solution and microfiber applicator sponge and buffing cloth. After Phillip left, we found that he forgot to leave the solution to clean the glass and a error in calculating our invoice. We called the office and Jason took care of the issue right away by mailing us the glass solution and a refund for the accounting error. With our experience, we found Brauner's Granite Sealing to be a very customer service oriented company who stands by what they say. We are very happy to give them a 5-Star review and would highly recommend them to anyone who is considering sealing (or re-sealing) their granite or stone countertops and floors!

My husband's dream garage is amazing, and he went out of his way to assist us through the building process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, he just took care of everything. While issues arose with this build, as with every build, Barry just quietly took care of it. We provided him the plans and he made it come to reality. In fact, he gave us so much more than we imagined. This isn't your average garage; it is completely finished inside and out and well insulated and flawless. Due to the extreme slope of our property, in the beginning there were many occasions we wondered what was happening or why something was being done a certain way. As my husband said, Barry is the expert and he knows what he's doing, and Barry most certainly did. Every question was answered as we just watched the build continue. If you want minute-by-minute updates then Barry isn't your contractor, but if you want someone who delivers then step back and watch it happen. He will update you when needed, but unless you're an expert at building then let him do his job, you won't be disappointed! We've only owned our property a little over a year, the previous owner used the acre of land as a dump and many large things were still on the land we just couldn't handle. I have already paid him 1500$ additional for the permit in addition to work done on the house and made all the payments. However, for the past two months, I have been trying to contact him to follow up on the permit, but I have received no proper response. He is not answering any calls or messages. The city has replied to his online permit request, asking for additional documents, but he has not responded. Despite receiving all the money, he has not paid the permit fee to the city. No response to numerous calls / messages / emails. I am now working on to start legal action as he has neither complete the permit work nor returned the money paid for it. STAY AWAY if you need peace of mind.
