He quoted me $100 to swap it out, so i agreed. He fixed the computer and then tells me its $300 for installing windows and for swapping out the motherboard!?? I go ahead an buy another $150 power supply, so he swaps it out to find out it's not the power supply and that it is the graphics card !?? I Pay him the $50 and i buy another graphics card. It still doesn't work then he tells me it the motherboard again!?? I lost trust in ken and i request my money back for wasting my time and money. If you don't know how to fix the problem please don't take customers money. He required payment in advance. My husband had to reshampoo the carpet using our home shampooer. The resulting water was almost black!! It was shocking the poor job that this technician performed. When we complained about this shoddy service, they did not make it right only secretly giving a small discount!! (After WE had to shampoo our own carpets.) We were told we would get a call back....no call. We have used Mister Carpet Cleaning for years, but have had several bad experiences in the last few years. We will never use them again!!
