He was patient as I received quotes from others, but Gines provided the best value compared to the rest. He was even able to expedite our start date due to the leaks getting worse each time it rained. The workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up the debris well. Hugo answered the phone himself, and came over that afternoon. He estimated a fair price, and took my damaged trim with him for measurements. He returned two days later and installed the new piece. While he was on the roof, he took pictures of five pipe flashings that had completely deteriorated. He said my roof was good, but the flashings might leak. (They go around the vent pipes that come up through the roof.) I could see in the pictures that they were worn out. Again, Hugo estimated a fair price. He came back the following week and installed everything, including new shingles around the flashings. Everything was done in a very professional manner. Plus, Hugo is a nice guy. A pleasure to deal with. I am quite relieved to have the repairs done before winter.
