Being a first time homeowner, I didn't think to ask but assumed that I was in good hands. I called back to ask about this today, and Dominic (a nice enough guy) mentioned that the team is supposed to have a discussion with clients about when is the right time to do this repair work, as well as the fact that they typically do a discounted revisit in circumstances like this. He mentioned he would check with Ray, the owner, and get back with a resolution. 30m later, he called with news that they would be willing to come back for the full price of a cleaning and there wasn't anything he would do to make this right. So, neither of the things promised happened. I was left with feeling like I was cheated out of some money because he saw an opportunity during his low season, and even though it would have made sense to do the work later, he saw a chance to make some quick money now and leave me with the bag. Disappointing and I'll be going somewhere else. Would advise others to be careful of Ray and his team. Beware.
