Sal's proposal was more than reasonable. I told him he could get to work immediately and we sealed the deal with a handshake. Over the next six hours, his crew reframed a section of the roof, eliminated a problematic gutter configuration, tied the new construction seamlessly into the existing roof, installed the necessary copper flashing, waterproofed the entire area, and completed the shingle installation. The finished product is exceptional. You cannot tell where the original roof ends and the repair begins. More importantly, the leak has been eliminated. I mean I sent a photos with a few narrow holes that were there, and in the area that the nails were in and the method that was used to repair the holes if you're looking for something more for If you're looking for something more formal on letterhead, I could write a report on on the letterhead with the photos and be specific about exactly what method was used and everything to repair the holes but there's a $450 charge for that"
