Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! I must say they are experts at what they do, their skills were amazing, a show for anyone watching! Maybe next time we sell tickets to watch their amazing show!! Lol Thank you guys!

They left the yard a COMPLETE mess for two months, untouched. Then leveled it and seeded in November in freezing temperatures. When I told the owner that I don't feel comfortable paying the whole amount till we actually see grass since they seeded when it's 30 degrees at night he called me and started cursing me out that he wants all his money. I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional and needles to say will never use them again. So avoid this guy.

I asked him what happened, he apologized and said he would get back to me. The next day a man was roaming outside my house. I was about to call the police but approached the person who identified himself as the owner. He said it was easier to just come by, at this point he made the effort to come out so what the heck. He stated he would get me estimate within few days. 3 weeks later no response I even texted twice. I am sorry there is just no excuse for this. These are huge red flags anytime you use a contractor and it takes a month with no response. I am making it a point going forward to share all my experiences with companies that do not follow up. I am also going to screen shot message showing this. I cannot comment on work because it did not get to that point but do yourself a favor and stay away.
