I give Perry's Roofing the highest recommendation. They recently repaired shingles on my home. From the first phone call, everything was handled professionally. They scheduled an estimate promptly and arrived on time. They suggested the best way to repair the shingles, mindful of giving us the best quality repair at a fair price. The team that repaired the shingles also arrived promptly. They worked carefully and efficiently. It was clear they were experts at what they did. I was happy that my contractor referred me to Perry's Roofing, and I feel confident in referring them to anyone in need of roof repair. Their prices were competitive, their work was great, and they are a pleasure to do business with. read more

We used Perry's Roofing for a full roof replacement and chimney repointing. Very professional and did a great job. When we met Perry, he explained opions and timing. He had a base quote ready so we knew what to expect. Sean was the supervisor and was attentive throughout. read more

Perry's Roofing in Pleasantville demonstrates a lack of owner involvement, as the business has reportedly been SOLD without clear communication to customers. The absence of transparency is concerning, with emails going unanswered and phone inquiries often met with apparent annoyance. Overall, the company's communication practices fall short of professional standards. If concerns arise regarding completed work, there appears to be no direct avenue to reach the NEW owner. read more

We had a great experience with Perry Roofing. They were prompt, organized, thorough, and very pleasant to work with. Job supervisor, Sean, answered our questions and kept us informed throughout the day. We highly recommend Perry Roofing! read more

A few years ago, we decided to invest in a new roof with Perry roofing due to the age of our existing one. After changing our roof, we started noticing water seeping into our basement, specifically in the mechanical room. After a long time we noticed that Perry Roofing's was the source of the problem. This company left a significant area next to the chimney without shingles and did not install the chimney flashing. This company has turned our once-dry home into a home with lots of problems when it rains. And still we have many problems when it is raining. I wish we kept our old roofing and having less or no headaches. It's unacceptable that a roofing company entrusted with such a crucial aspect of home maintenance could be so careless. This company needs to be more reliable, responsible, and professional. read more

We had a new roof installed by Perry's last month. Perry's quoted prices significantly lower than their competitors' prices for installation of either asphalt shingles or composite PVC materials. There were no surprise additional charges after the work was done. With respect to ease of scheduling and professionalism, Perry's compares favorably to any contractor we've worked with in Westchester County. The crew and foreman were courteous and worked fast. Of course, time will tell if the roof holds up, but after the several heavy rains since the installation, we have had no issues. read more

This review is long overdue. Perry replaced our roof last year so in short the roof passed the devastating the winter and hurricane season we had. No leaks and damages. Roof was installed in 2 days. Area to cover is around 3400 sq ft. If there's more than 5 , I will give that to Perry and that is all for price, etiquette, professionalism and quality of his products. Someone in the office takes the call then Perry , the owner gets back to you and not any agent. This is a family owned business and I called several companies before I decided to choose Perry. Perry gave me a great price compared to other quotes I received. I wanted to work with a company that offers warranty for their work. Also, I compared reviews in the internet and people have great experience with them as well. In short , look no further. By the way, he does skylights too so we hired him to replaced ours. Perry will not sell anything to you unless you needed it. He was honest to tell us that we don't need to replace the back of our house so he saved us around 5k dollars. We didn't hear that from other companies. read more

Responsive in many ways. They were quick to get a quote out and also quick to set up an appointment. I did use them and although there were a few issues, the owner did address them immediately and resolved them. Of course, with a roof the only way to know how good the job was is over time to see if it leaks. However, all looks great and was a reasonable price in line with other quotes. My only negative was that there was no foreman on site to address my questions as they worked. I had to reach out to the owner who was offsite. Also, not sure if this is preventable, but their leaving large pieces of equipment on the ground on top of pieces of wood did burn out several large sections of my newly seeded and formerly perfect lawn. Hopefully that grows back on its own in a few weeks, but I'm not what else they could have done to prevent that while still being efficient and able to get the primary job done in 1 day. read more

Great job. Dependable. Our new roof was installed on a four-bedroom house in a single day. The workers never stopped but for some lunch. The roof on the house and an adjoining shed look terrific. No leaks anywhere in the attic or shed. The price was within the reasonable range. While Perry's is from Westchester, they do work in Dutchess County where our house is located. The outside of the house was entirely cleaned of debris by the end of the day, and the dumpster for the older shingles that had been removed was gone by early the next morning. Highly recommended. read more

I would like to say that the entire experience with Perry's Roofing was amazing. The speed, diligence, and attention to detail provided from all was on point. From our first interaction with Todd, we knew we were in great hands. Todd laid out all of the options and made my family and I feel very comfortable moving forward with Perry's. Kara and Vanessa were very helpful with getting the quotes and invoices together, and answering any follow-up questions we had. The foreman, Kolby was very nice and came right up and introduced himself the day on install, and was there to answer any questions. The workers did an amazing job with the roof and it looks beautiful! The house was cleaned up by the following day, and was so spotless, you never would of known a new roof was put on the day prior. Thank you so much Todd and your team for making my home look beautiful once again! I would highly recommend Perry's and encourage you to call for your estimate! - Lou O read more

This company was recommended to us. We got two quotes and decided to go w Perry's. John, the project manager, gave us a great price, promised that he would come w a large crew and get the job finished in one day. He promised they would clean up and leave nothing behind. We were skeptical because we knew they had to remove multiple layers of roof. John promised he would be on site all day. We are so happy we went with this company. John was here all day. Our roof looks beautiful and clean up was perfect. I highly recommend this company, John and his crew! read more

Had our cedar roof cleaned and repaired. His professional team did an amazing job. They spent 4days on the job and cleaned up each day after their day was done. Great value and honest thoughtful business read more

A year after I bought my house, a pretty big leak developed. I called Perry's and Kevin came out to evaluate. He showed me several pictures and a video of what was wrong with my roof, which made it very easy to understand what the problem was. They did the majority of the work (and fixed the leak) soon after I accepted the quote. Sure, there were a few odds and ends after (normal construction stuff) but Kevin was very responsive and helpful throughout. As he kept saying, we have a very complicated roof (thanks, previous owners) but Perry/Kevin's crew managed to fix it within their quoted price. We've even had a few crazy downpours since, and no more water inside my house, so I'm happy. read more

Was not happy with the lack of oversight and cleanup. Many people arrived for a one day install, but that doesn't mean quality. Nails and paper left all over my property. Not one person spoke to me in English, even though I was told there would be someone on the job watching the work and explaining extra work to me. I wanted to know why they charged for the extra plywood, but no one could talk to me. Pieces of plastic were hanging off the roof after they left. just not happy. read more

We used Perry's Roofing for installing around six new skylights in our Chappaqua home, addressing a leaking skylight that needed replacing in our roof, and power washing our roof before selling our house. David was always polite, responsive, and very instructive when talking to us about work that we needed and our choices moving forward. When we were dealing with the failing seal that leaked around the skylight, David and his crew put plastic down so no more water would come in before the work was done. We came to them because of their stellar word-of-mouth from Chappaqua Moms and a number of my friends in the area had also used them with great results. I highly recommend them. read more

I work in the business as a construction consultant and have never been let down by David and company. Used them on multiple roofing projects all over Westchester county. From installing 15' x 8' skylights, EPDM flat roofing and architectural shingle, Highly Recommended! I called and requested a roofing quote. A rep came over, looked over everything and said they would be in touch. Then radio-silence. Despite my calling at least 3 times, I never got a call back. Why bother hiring a business that won't talk to you? read more
