It's been two months and after several phone calls and messages left to Paul that he never returned, I've given up on Paul. In addition, the roller replacement worked well for a while but it's getting harder to open and close again. We went over many molding profiles and door styles. The price was very competitive and it was an easy decision. When everything goes right it is great but it might mean you just got lucky. When a contractor gives you an ideal outcome even when they ended up buying a second new tempered glass door, you know you selected the right people.
