We had siding on one side of our house in Greenwood Lake, NY, coming off due to poor installation and it could not be patched. JKR Construction submitted a good bid and replaced the siding with matching JamesHardie and was able to color match the old leaving no indication. Work was done in less than a month after we awarded them the contract. They cleaned the site every day and were very professional. My wife and I bought a fixer upper so there is a lot to do in and around the house. One of our biggest issues has been the old roof: Dealing with leaks in multiple spots and shingles flying off. Not to mention siding flying off, warped siding, and gutters that leak. I wanted everything done: new roof, new gutters, and patch up the siding with extra I had in storage. For example they moved a statue and some pots away from the house before starting so they wouldn't get damaged (At the end of the job they moved those items back in place as well). At the end of the job the clean up was thorough. All debris were removed from my property and hauled away in a truck. I questioned the increase and he informed that he forgot to add in the dumpster fee. I hadn't cleaned my gutters in a while and have only myself to blame. With all the rain that we have been having, the gutters overflowed and water started leaking into the basement and into the wall of my home. The water also stained the stucco on the exterior of the home. I contacted Jose and he sent his brother Arbello to provide an estimate and do the work. Arbello worked extremely hard. He removed all the dirt from the gutters around the entire perimeter of the house.
