He told me what week to expect cleaning (2 week wait), that I would receive a text the Saturday before letting me know what date and time and then followed up personally via text and email. They quickly inspected for any issues before getting up on the ladders and we decided to have them reinforce/fix two places that had pulled away from the home. Their prices were more than fair. I called these guys based on Yelp reviews. We just moved into a new house in Westchester and the gutters were FILTHY, to the point where plants were growing in them! Ray answered my call, explained exactly how everything would work, and gave me the cost up front. The day they were originally supposed to come, it poured the whole day so it had to be postponed to the next day. They came when they said they would, did the job flawlessly, and looks like water can actually move through my gutters now. I had Ray come out to clean my gutters in the late summer after buying my house. It may have been a while since the gutters were cleaned, but he did a great job and answered the first-time homeowner questions I had. This spring, Gustavo came to clean and apparently they weren't that dirty! But he did remove two birds' nests for me, and also answered questions. In booking and confirming, Ray was easy to get a hold of, very communicative and professional. Both Ray and Gustavo were both very friendly, as well. These people are dangerous criminals. Mario Perez together with either Ray Perez or Dominic Perez attacked me, held me down and forced me to empty my pockets to strong arm rob me of my property. Stay far away if you don't wanna get robbed, beat up, or god forbid shot. These people have no regard for human life and they need to be in prison. I called for an estimate to have my gutters cleaned and Ray called me back promptly and looked up my property to give me a good estimate of the cost. He then called that Sunday to confirm when he would be there that week to do the work.
