We hired him for lawn mowing in March, and we agreed upon a price and start date. Freddy never showed up. Freddy told me that since the grass is too high, he is going to charge me 3x the amount. So for his mistake, he wanted me to pay him 3x the amount! He did not honor his agreement, and then he had the nerve to tell me to find someone else. He did the first cleanup on the 11th of November, so on Thanksgiving there were leaves all over and it did not appear to be done... But that was okay with me because I figured he was coming back. I inquired about our agreement on December 5th and when he would be coming back. He then states to me that he came before thanksgiving, states he did it on the 26th but I literally had leaves all over and that wasn't the agreement. So now the snow is melting and it's reaching 54 degrees on both December 9th and 10th and I am going to be left with leaves still all over and still coming off the trees. And when I do tell him that there were leaves all Over check out his response in the screen shot that he did a large quantity and to compare it to the a "tiny" bit he left behind.
