    Thick crust, chees

100000/10 recommend & will be coming back! We waited 20-25 minutes for a pick up order & the host was very friendly and more than likely the owner. It was very very busy inside but very alive! However, far too guys for us to sit down, we were starving:) I can't tell you how amazing the melted cheese and the marinara made every bite fulfilling. It was very hot when we picked up and still very warm when we indulged. The crust is nice and crispy but soft on the inside, I like my crust crunchy so this was the bomb!!! The Cajun chicken was so darn flavorful and delicious, the crust wasn't as thick but was still good. The crust in our opinions tasted on the sweeter side not sweet sweet but definitely a little, it was great. We received some pepper flakes and some parmesan cheese in little to go containers. Overall, this was an awesome pizza experience, the best in the area of Eagle! I look forward to trying their lasagna next.

When visiting my aunt in Eagle, Colorado last week, we stopped to grab some take out pizza. Located in a strip mall right off of I-70, Pazzo's has very easy access even for passersby. We ordered a couple of beers while we waited at the bar area. The staff that we encountered were very pleasant and gave my aunt a 10% locals' discount. We ordered a pizza called "The Cabo", topped with garlic shrimp, pineapple and jalapenos. If you can get behind all of those ingredients, it was excellent! If that sounds too wild, try a more traditional pie.

    Cheesy bread!!! Delicious

This pizza was Amazing the flavor was robust and the crust of the Pie was crispy to perfection. I've been to this restaurant several times and this time was the best. Our server was a young man with glasses he was very professional and did a phenomenal job. I'll be back soon enough for another Slice.

Very poor service. We were served our food and 3 tables left shortly after- waitstaff was so busy bussing the tables they never checked in. Cheese bread appetizer came after the pizza and I found a cooked carrot in the sauce-gag. Daughter ordered chicken Parmesan that came after the 3 of us were done eating. We had to ask for drink refills, our check and a box for left over pizza. (Which my son will eat - as he has a cast-iron stomach) Bill was $77 and husband tipped even though I felt she didn't deserve it. She kept insisting we shorted her..."you only gave me $70 the bill was $77" no I gave you a 50 and 2-20's" "but the bill was $77" I gave you $90." We were traveling so it's safe to say we won't return- save yourself!!!

Seemingly bottomless spaghetti with giant meatballs.

Cesar salad was very disappointing. It tasted like a normal salad watered down. Not good.

Pretty awful pizza. Maybe their other food items are better? But I won't be coming back to find out.

Good NY style pizza. Was greeted immediately upon arrival. Friendly service and enjoyed my pizza. Will be returning for more.

For this restaurant, the find was almost like that. We (while enjoying our quick spa getaway in town coming from the greater Denver area) found this place after a disappointing experience with another similar restaurant nearby as it was closed for a private party that night. We were in a dire need of finding something alternative. As we were walking around town earlier that day, we did notice this place. After checking to make sure that it was truly open (not again, right?), we rushed there to fill our empty stomachs. The experience? It was quite good! Despite its unfortunate setting (downstairs in one of the buildings on the busy main street in town), what they can offer is worth the mention. Ambience?? Good! Fairly small restaurant but the layout is efficient where it can hold at least 50+ people when it's packed. The bar is the most ambient part of the restaurant where copper top was most fitting with chic looking lightings hanging from the ceilings. As long as the weather permits, seating in the patio is available. Three men collaborated to assist us for all of our needs during our fairly quick dinner. Time was barely 5pm. The night was still very young. Other diners eventually streamed in and it was at its 50% capacity by 5:50m. By the way, this experience was on a Thursday in mid-April of 2026. Here is what we got: -Justin Cabernet $15 per glass -Mediterra Super Tuscan $15 per glass (I had this one. Justin which my daughter had was better than mine in my opinion.) (The selection for wine by the glass is a bit small; they could easily add a few more to both the white and the red) -Starter bread (complimentary; later one of the men came to refill it by adding a few more slices. Excellent starter bread) -Mussels alla Crema (Cream based. They can make it with red sauce as well; $18) -Torretta de Malanzane (An eggplant burrata dish, $17) -Brassato (A gnocchi dish with braised short ribs, $30) All of the dishes were equal contenders where I simply couldn't pick one winning dish out of them. Each dish's meticulous presentation coupled with the overall seasonings, flavors and complex or perfected texture, their creative dishes are the core reason for their successful restaurant operations is what I gleaned while dining. We, unfortunately, skipped the dessert part as we saw an ice cream place several doors up the street from it earlier. We wanted to immerse ourselves in different dining experiences while our short stay in town so maybe next time we dine here again, we will indulge in their "decadent" dessert treats.

The clams were fine- it's the mountains, you can only expect so much- but if they don't make their pasta in-house then I need to know where they buy it, because it was the best linguine that I have ever had. Delicious, cooked to perfection with the perfect amount of al dente bite. Paired with an incredible sauce and it was an amazing dish. I also have to say that even though the restaurant was completely full and our server was also the host and seemed to be the server for the entire 18-20 tables, there was shockingly no delay. Courses were timed perfectly, no long wait, no rush of entrees showing up before apps were finished, drinks always full... I was extremely impressed at how the entire service ran.

The food was good, no complaints there but unfortunately the service was lacking. We arrived on a Friday around 6 PM with no reservations. We spoke to the host and he added us to the waitlist. It was a 15-20 minute wait and we received a text that our spot at the bar was ready in just under 15 minutes. When we returned, there was a wait to speak to the host. Two parties in front of us. We waited. When it was finally our turn to speak to him a couple came rushing down the stairs, cut in front of us and headed to the open spots at the bar. The host proceeded to ignore us and instead sat the couple who didn't have a reservation and was not on the waitlist at those bar spots. I spoke up and said we had just received a text that they were ready to seat us, luckily two additional spots opened shortly afterwards but it really rubbed us the wrong way that the host completely ignored us after we had been waiting in line to help people who just walked in and cut the line. Another thing that wasn't great is that the host brought that couple menus and did not bring us any. We had to get up and ask him for some. Finally, the service at the bar was terrible. We had to ask to order and the bartender never asked if our food was ok or if we needed anything else. I've worked as a server before and I know the bartenders get very busy but we didn't even get the bare minimum. When it was time to pay and tip, the bartender filled our beer glass halfway... I assume as a "sorry for neglecting you, please still give me a good tip". Overall just a very disappointing experience from a customer service standpoint.
