However, far too guys for us to sit down, we were starving:) I can't tell you how amazing the melted cheese and the marinara made every bite fulfilling. It was very hot when we picked up and still very warm when we indulged. The crust is nice and crispy but soft on the inside, I like my crust crunchy so this was the bomb!!! The Cajun chicken was so darn flavorful and delicious, the crust wasn't as thick but was still good. The crust in our opinions tasted on the sweeter side not sweet sweet but definitely a little, it was great. We received some pepper flakes and some parmesan cheese in little to go containers. I arrived in the afternoon, the place was not busy. Only two tables were occupied. I waited at the front door quite a while. After waiting for a while, a man walked in and was promptly seated ahead of me and his drinks were delivered. The server THEN came back and seated me, brought water and never returned to take my order. After reading my email and playing games on my phone for a while, I finally left. When visiting my aunt in Eagle, Colorado last week, we stopped to grab some take out pizza. Located in a strip mall right off of I-70, Pazzo's has very easy access even for passersby. We ordered a couple of beers while we waited at the bar area. The staff that we encountered were very pleasant and gave my aunt a 10% locals' discount. We ordered a pizza called "The Cabo", topped with garlic shrimp, pineapple and jalapenos. If you can get behind all of those ingredients, it was excellent! If that sounds too wild, try a more traditional pie. read more

This pizza was Amazing the flavor was robust and the crust of the Pie was crispy to perfection. I've been to this restaurant several times and this time was the best. Great pizza and customer service! Our group ordered a few pizzas and Will/Elliott made it a delightful experience. Also with the crust getting tossed took proactive approach with one a little thin wound up with a couple holes and provided an extra pizza. Love seeing a place and staff that do what they can to remedy a situation and we may not have ever noticed. Very poor service. We were served our food and 3 tables left shortly after- waitstaff was so busy bussing the tables they never checked in. Cheese bread appetizer came after the pizza and I found a cooked carrot in the sauce-gag. Daughter ordered chicken Parmesan that came after the 3 of us were done eating. We had to ask for drink refills, our check and a box for left over pizza. (Which my son will eat - as he has a cast-iron stomach) Bill was $77 and husband tipped even though I felt she didn't deserve it. She kept insisting we shorted her..."you only gave me $70 the bill was $77" no I gave you a 50 and 2-20's" "but the bill was $77" I gave you $90." Driving across Colorada with family of 8. Called in Pizza 30 + minutes before we got there to pick up. Walked in at 9:30 pm. Immediatly the "lady" behind the bar bark "kitchen closed, bar only" I let heh know that we had ordered over phone in advance and she pointed her finger to the Pizza side. 3 of my kids used the bathroom when we got there as well as did my wife. I paid for pizza and offered to eat it outside as they were getting ready to close, plus it was warm outside. Right afer I paid another couple with a young child and was able to order pizza and sit inside. Remember this is after I was barked at by the "lady" about being closed. The kids were finishing eating and my oldest son had finished an went in to use the bathroom. The lady said they were closed and he could not use the bathroom or she was going to call the police for trespassing. After hearing this I went in and asked the lady why she threatened to call police on a paying customer for using the bathroom? She said nobody needs to use a bathroom that many times. It was his second time, first when we came in and then he wanted to wash his hands after eating, I said if she wasn't spending her time looking at her phone and spent her watching what was going on in the resturant that she would realize that we were still customers. I asked to speak to manager, said she was the manager. I made a rude comment about thats why a pizza parlor was empty on a Wednesday night, nasty customer service. She continued to call police. We waited ten minutes the left across street to get cas as we saw 2 police cars pull up. What a joke. My wife and family did'nt want me to go back and talk with her and the police. So we got back on the highway and continued our journey home. The Pizza was good and the employees at the pizza side were nice, friendly. I have left message for owner to call me, day 4 no reply. I have been in the resturant business for over 25 yrs. If you want this place to thrive, not just exist the you need to replace certain cancers that are killing you namesake. I love a good hole in the wall, but this place is not it. The wings were barely cooked and mushy and just tons of mediocre barbecue sauce dumped on them. They also came out at the same time as our food when we ordered them as an appetizer. My son's piece of pizza fell apart completely. Traditional parlors are a rare find indeed. Dining at Pazzo's is like a trip to my childhood, where family visits to the local pizzeria were a treat. I visited Pazzo's with a HUGE group from the CSAA (Colorado State Archery Association) Target Archery tournament. The restaurant was understaffed due to some employees calling in sick and we pretty much filled the place, but boy did they give it their all to take care of our rowdy and hungry horde. While wait times were a bit long, the food was delicious and the servers, obviously stretched to their limits, were never to be found without a smile. The draft beer was icy cold and the pizza was perfectly cooked in a big traditional pizza oven. One member of our group had spaghetti and meatballs, which appeared to be nearly bottomless. Tim, one of the owners, came over to chat with us about our experience. He apologized for the delays and expressed appreciation for how understanding our group was. The food was advertised as a two slice special when that was the earlier price and did not apply to our evening dining. Don't bother!!!!! I've been a customer of the Avon and Vail locations for a decade now. We moved to Eagle and have ordered from this location several times. Tonight was the tipping point. This place is awful. Nearly every other order we have placed has been screwed up in some way. Tonight, the person who took my order argued that a calzone that is on the online menu (Cajun Zone) does not exist and then got mad because I said that it actually was on their menu. On another occasion, we ordered a specialty pizza that had Kalamata olives. The cook thought Kalamata was calamari, so we got a Greek pizza with squid! On all the other occasions, the order has been slightly messed up, which means they forgot to put ingredients on the the pizza. Enough is enough. C'mon guys - come to work coherent, will ya? We stopped here before heading to the airport in Eagle. We were trying to eat before our flight at 1pm. The restaurant is less then 2 miles to the airport. We ordered an 18 inch Azteca that had jalapeños, pepperoni, tomatoes, and cheese on a thin crust. We also ordered a side of chicken wings. The wings were large and meaty, served naked and tossed in Franks Red Wing sauce or tasted like it. They were well cooked and hit the spot. The pizza was perfect for 4 guys. I also don't remember eating a pizza with such fresh ingredients. If you're in the mood for pizza and you're in Eagle I would suggest finding Pazzo's and trying them out. We all loved it. read more

Three of us came to Pazzos in Esgle for our first time, we showed up at the hostess desk and was told it would be 30 minute wait. We put our name on the list and waited, we thought 30 would not be too had for a Saturday night and we were excited to try their food. About twenty minutes into our wait I noticed other customers coming in by the groves and being seated within moments.... What the heck!! I stopped the host and asked why we are being pasted up... He immediately started to take us to our booth, (imagine that?) on our way some other customers got up from their table and chairs and took our booth..I said to the host that was our booth, he told me they didn't want the table and stools so they took the booth. I said"! So what about us... We wanted the booth and the host was taking is there?? He said we could have the table and stools though??? I told the manager that we had waited our turn in line and then to be not only overlooked but then to be turned away from our table. Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Didn't even try to make things right. So we left and went to " Pickup's Pizza Company" in eagle, walked in got a great greeting, ordered and service was wonderful. Do not go to Pazzos pizza if you expect any resemblance of customer service! Two and a half stars is hard to believe! read more

This may be my favorite pizza in Colorado. Granted I've only been here since January but this pizza was tasty. I ordered two thin slices, one pepperoni one cheese. Both were great. There crust is thin but not floppy. My wife had two cheeses,thin, with a soda and loved it. The service was good and fast while the table and bathroom were clean. Can I ask for more? Not really. He didn't offer to put our name down to wait for a table, that was all he said. When we asked if we could wait, it was like an act of Congress. We became so frustrated we left and ate elsewhere. The chicken parmesan that I had ordered had a rubbery texture, and the pasta was nearly flavorless. We never received any drink refills, or were offered them.
