Unfortunately, the experience was still terrible. My girlfriend had approximately 12 Amazon return items. The employee behind the counter appeared more interested in scrolling through social media on his phone, which he kept hidden behind the register, than in providing efficient customer service. He would process one item, leave to bag it and apply a label, return to the counter, and then repeat the entire process for the next item. The entire process was unnecessarily slow and inefficient. Watching an employee scroll through social media while customers wait and service drags on is both unprofessional and unacceptable. I understand that Amazon returns require individual processing, but there is no excuse for this level of service, particularly when the employee appears distracted by his personal phone rather than focused on the customers in front of him. We will not be returning to this location. There are other UPS Stores, and we will gladly take our business elsewhere.
