I want to share my gratefulness to Jared, Account Manager. For my first order with Markul I left vital info off my cards, he was quick to correct it and mail me the corrected version. He was timely and responsive. Thank you, Jared! I'm truly grateful for your quick action! Liz read more

Unfortunately they promised my calendars by 12/26, but still not here on 12/29. After calling them, they stated they were still in production. I ordered on 12/12, and production was suppose to take 2-5 business days and they're still in production. I understand the Holiday schedule, but if they can't deliver, don't tell the customer they'll be there! Very disappointed! read more

I've had very few customer service experiences that ended as abruptly as my recent one. I called the customer service number because I didn't like the quality of the business cards I received, and their rep (in her best condescending tone) pretty much told me it was the way the brand wants them and how I ordered them. Funny the proof looked great, just the actual cards looked cheap and unprofessional. By the time it was finished she was offering a discounted reprint, but by then she could have refunded the entire order and wouldn't have had interest. I've never had an issue with other printing companies when there was a quality issue....lesson learned. read more

This was my 2nd year ordering the magnet calendars. The quality is great and it's a nice product. The first year I ordered, there was 1 calendar missing in my order of 50, which I dismissed. This year, I placed an order with a co-worker and we got 400 calendars. In my 200 calendars, 3 were missing. I planned my mailings for each of the 200 calendars and needed those missing 3 calendars (plus, I paid for 200!). I called customer service to have the 3 mailed to me and they said no. They said they package the calendars in groups of 50 only and can't split it up to send me 3. Really?! We'll, that's just bad customer service and unacceptable for me. I will not be reordering from this company in the future. read more

Awesome value for the customized products. It feels great to support the local economy and purchase from a small business as well. I always find that the customer service team is kind, prompt, and efficient when it comes to answering any questions I have. I am looking forward to opening up a shop soon with my team's logo to spread some of my brand around the town! Go Markful! read more

Always happy with the products I order. Prices are good, quality is superior and delivery is fast!

I've purchased marketing products through Markful/House of Magnets for many years. What draws me is the quality of the product and their personal service. If I fail to order enough, one quick phone call from me and they are on it immediately and I receive a new order within days. Their customer service is amazing compared to most these days. This is probably the only vendor have used exclusively for such a long period of time. read more

I have been ordering from Marful for many years now. Back since they were House of Magnets. We have an office account with a link for us to have orders filled in with our information. Their turnaround is remarkable. Our last order for business cards this month took less than one week from order date to delivery!!! They have a great selection and some really good "Starter Packs" for new agents. In addition to this, their prices are very reasonable. The only reason I would order from anyone else would be due to them not selling it. And I bet if it was something they could get, they'd do it! read more

I ordered several items from Markful, pins, signs, and shirts all came out great! The price was very reasonable as well! Thank you

I have been a customer of House of Magnets/Note Card Cafe since 2010 when I became a realtor. I believe a key to success is having a personal connection with clients. I send cards throughout the year St. Patrick's Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas, I purchase all of these from House of Magnets Note Card Cafe and have never been disappointed. They use quality card stock and allow me to choose to support a charity when making a purchase (that is referenced on the back of the card). I can also choose an envelope color, since I hand address each envelope presentation is important as I coordinate ink color and stamps. My method must work because when I happen to cross paths with a client they usually comment "Carol thank you for the beautiful cards you send, we really enjoy them." Thank you House of Magnets for helping me be memorable. read more

Great products. Fast turnover time , great quality , good designs. Everything I needed at a great price.

I recently had ordered business cards from house of magnets and mistakenly forgot to upload my picture before they went into production. However a production person noticed it and brought it to the attention of the management team who reached out to me. I let them know that I did want my picture on there and I had mistakenly forgotten to upload it during the ordering process. They were kind enough to not only accept the picture I emailed to them, but offered to re-print the cards, with my picture on them, at no additional cost to me. I couldn't be happier that although it was my mistake, the house of magnets took care of me!! I am a very satisfied customer and plan to return for other items in the future! read more

Highly recommended! Fantastic product at a lower price than other companies and super quick delivery! I placed an online order late Thursday afternoon and I received the customized bling framed oval name badges by Monday! I'm not easily impressed, but the House of Magnets had fantastic service...they can actually be reached by phone through their 800 number, superior product made here in the USA, great price, and quick delivery. That impressed me enough to write a review...my first one too! 5 stars big time! read more

I just got off the phone with Maria. After stuffing over 750 calendars or so I discovered I was missing a pack of 100 envelopes. I was calculating and re-calculating my count vs my mailing lists, vs all the 400 stamps I've placed so far and I was still short. Maria has saved my day! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Now off to the post office to buy 3 more rolls of stamps! read more

Spent $150 on Open House Signs. I uploaded the proper artwork, but when it was shipped they only printed one of the files. Soooo my directional open house signs now point in opposite directions. I reached out to customer service, they claimed they only received one file and told me they would have to charge me to reprint it. Despite the fact that when the order was received, when the order was prepped for print, and when the order went to print the error could have EASILY been picked up and resolved. It took them one week to print yet they still thought opposing directional signs was totes ok. Amateur hour! Of course, when I reached out, their CS rep regurgitated scripted talking points "we want you to be happy, we want to fix this, we take ownership of our mistakes," but then follows that disingenuous, patronizing response up with "you'll have to pay us to fix our mistake." Fortunately my bank has disputed the charge, and not only will I be getting my $150 back, but Markful will also be charged a $35 dispute fee. So I'm good, but I highly recommend not giving your money to a company that is disingenuous and takes zero pride in their products or service and then tries to charge you for it. read more

I have bought marketing materials- cards and envelopes from this firm for direct mail. I just logged on to create biz cards for my other LLC and the site guides us to design our cards, but then, they don't recognize me. So I provided my email address. No luck. Went on their chat line, got snippy Maria who contradicts their net ads which reads: "Design Your Own Business Card..."At Markful it's easy to design a business card that represents ... " Well, says Maria: "We aren't a design firm." They clearly are not hungry for business. I'm done with them. read more

Incredibly disappointed with this business. I have never in all of my years of business had anyone talk to me with such disrespect. My order was late, mis delivered and returned to sender with no confirmation of this. Contacted them to get the order re-sent. I was reassured that it would be immediately. No confirmation email/tracker. Called again 5 days later, was told I needed to pay for them again, which I didn't as I paid for them the first time. Then told that this order was never re-submitted by their worker who I had talked to and would need to be tracked down. When I questioned why this wasn't done, I was rudely and disrespectfully talked to like it was somehow my fault/problem and they took no accountability for anything. Even though I had ordered weeks ago. I asked if now the order could be rush delivered to me and I was told that this is not possible? Like they couldn't even correct things at this point? DO NOT do business with them and I never write reviews! read more

This will be the last time I order anything from this company. They can't seem to get my updated profile in line with their internal systems and continues to send to an invalid email even though I have updated my profile. Therefore, I never receive a receipt. Perhaps I should just dispute these charges through my credit card company and show proof of their errors. When you place an order during after hours, you should have the ability to cancel them if you've made a mistake or need to edit. I send them an email immediately after the order was placed and call them literally when they open to make sure the order is stopped. I called at 7:30am and left a detailed voicemail. Website shows new business hours during COVID19 starts at 8AM. I called at 8:05am and the rep just says it already went into production. Then the rep goes on explaining they would have to charge an extra fee to cancel the order if I still wish to proceed to canceling it! This is the 2nd time I've had issues with my orders. Improve your website to allow customers to cancel or edit their orders, we all know they don't go into production immediately especially when orders are being placed after hours at 11pm. I will never order from this company again. Send me a PM if anyone needs a recommendation on other companies to use. read more

I can't believe Yelp will not let me give this company a negative number of stars. I ordered magnets in May. I got an email that said I would receive them 7-10 business days. A month went by of no communication until I called to see where they were. I got some excuse that we weren't going to print them to see if the schedule changed. As a company, why would that be acceptable to not communicate that? Next, I got asked if I wanted to print them anyway. Of course, I do. I ordered them in May for a reason. I tell Brena that my deadline was August 1st to have them in the mail. She says I will have 5 days to get them out. Now, we have printing problems because she can't make a graphic darker.... But, it takes her 2-3 days twice to respond to simple emails. Complete fail. To top it all off, I received them magnets, today. Ordered 1200, I just received 12,000 magnets on July 31st. What am I going to do with 12,000 magnets??? Anybody else want the bill for 10,700 extra magnets? The charge is on my card. On top of that, how are they going to be in the mail by my deadline? Oh, yeah, they are not. I ordered them in May. I suggest researching other companies, strongly!!!! read more

Avoid House of Magnets - I was along time customer and as I love their product they are the worst with keeping customer informed and making their deadlines and to make matters worse LiE. Last year there was a mix up - I decided tolerations go and use them again. I placed 2 separate orders that had nothing to do with one another the latter one shipped already the 2nd order was being held - when I spoke to Jai orKate she told me it was supposed to be shipped last week and will call me. 8i was willing to pay for overnight out of pocket. These Idiots shipped out regular. Never called KAI lied to me that it was just ready and I had just spoken to Craiig and he confirmed package was not shipped. Markful, which used to be called House of Magnets, has been my go-to marketing company for years now! The customer service is always friendly, they are efficient, quick, accommodating, offer a good price for everything you need, and the quality is always good! My experience ordering two name badges with my company's logo was as good as it gets. The delivery was quick, packaging was great, and best of all, for nearly half the cost of one badge ordered through my own company's resource, I was able to order two name badges from House of Magnets! I chose a white one and a navy blue one, to compliment any color of clothing I choose to wear. The quality is great, and I really like that they are lightweight, so as not to weigh down a lighter weight fabric. Thank you for such a positive experience and quality product! read more

Update: Brenda reached out to me and was very sincere in trying to fix the problem. She sent out the replacement name tags and also had her team fix my business cards. They are much better then the first time and they get to me very fast! My only suggestion is to send them the picture for your business cards lighter because they will print a bit darker. My cards were awful quality and i only got one of my name tags when it clearly states two of them for the price. When i confronted the issue it took the forever go get back to me and i had to email them again to get the issue fixed a even then they haven't sent out replacement cards which from the proof look just as awful as the first ones and they told me they were putting my second name tag in the mail that day which i never received. Do not recommend this company at all. read more

CALL THEM before you place your order!!! Ask them what upgrades would look best for your logo/desired items! I made the mistake of paying for all these upgrades that made my logo appear poorly. I called & was taken care of like a customer should. They went beyond their responsibilities as a company. The customer service at HOM is impeccable. They truly value their customers & care for their needs. S/O to Kai! She is the definition of a model employee. Took care of me within minutes & left me extremely happy! Update: Zach processed my offer with speed and even added expedited production and shipping at no charge for my troubles. So very much appreciated, so I'm updating them to 5 stars. Outstanding customer service reps!!! ........................................................................ I agree with the others who stated that the customer service staff are fantastic (at least those on the phone, not too thrilled with some robotic e-mails received). Kai also took care of me today and was very perky and pleasant. Unfortunately, I didn't ask enough questions or stay on the phone through the completion of the transaction, so I had to call right back as it wouldn't let me double up my codes. I had received a free shipping code because I've been experiencing RIDICULOUS lag time on their website for the past week. I've placed previous orders with this company and they did a fantastic job...much better than VistaPrint in my opinion. The quality is just much better and more professional. Normally I would give it 5 stars, but due to the technical issues and repeated calls to customer service, I'm giving it a 3 (not to mention my order hasn't been fixed yet).... When I called back today I got Zach. He was also very friendly, though quiet and calm (which is a good trait to have when dealing with customers). :) Still waiting on him to call me back to complete my order as he had to do a workaround and it takes time to process on his end. Hoping this issue is finally resolved shortly as I'm already a week or so behind where I need to be with receiving my materials. read more

I have used this company or its predecessor for 11 years and I have seen the quality of their products and their customer service decline through the years. Most recently I ordered baseball schedules from them. I put in the order in early March, the new MLB schedule was finalized on March 11th and I didn't receive my schedules until April 8th. Each of the 200 schedules has a corner that is turned up, but I don't want to wait yet another month for them to be replaced. Customer service has been iffy the past couple years and when I contacted them to check on when they would be shipped, the rep was snippy and downright rude. I will not be using them again. I'm done. read more
