Markkfull is an outstanding company that I highly recommend to anyone in need of quality products and exceptional customer service. I recently had the pleasure of ordering some items from their online store and was blown away by their commitment to making sure their customers are completely satisfied. Unfortunately, there was a mishap with the delivery of my order. However, Markkfull's associate, Tie, was remarkable in customer service and was able to swiftly resolve the situation. Tie went above and beyond to ensure that I received my order as soon as possible and made sure that I was completely happy with the outcome. The quality of the products that I received from Markkfull was outstanding. The items were exactly as described on the website, and they were packaged securely to ensure that they arrived in perfect condition. The attention to detail that Markkfull puts into their products is evident, and it is clear that they take great pride in what they do. Overall, I cannot recommend Markkfull highly enough. They are a company that truly cares about their customers, and their commitment to providing excellent customer service is second to none. If you are looking for a company that you can trust to provide you with top-quality products and outstanding customer service, then look no further than Markkfull. read more

Markful has once again come through and proved that their customer service is amazing and that they truly care about the products they send out and the people on the receiving end. We have ordered awards for our company 3 years in a row with them and each time are taken care of. This last go around I placed a bulk order and it was proofed in plenty of time (I thought) to get through production and shipping. When we were just 9 days out from the actual ceremony, serendipity stepped in and I received an email from our Account Manager, Jared, who was following up from another order. I explained our situation with the awards and my concern and he stepped right in and got to work. He asked that I touch base with him every day to get an update. We ended up receiving the awards with several days to spare and I couldn't be more grateful. This is not the only time that Markful has proved that they want their customers satisfied, but this was the biggest. We will continue to use them for our office marketing needs! read more

Our real estate team has been practicing a tried-and-true method of professional marketing for more than a decade: the handwritten note. In today's electronic communication culture, we often forget about the most important function of what we do - building relationships. When folks join our real estate team, I ask them to make a commitment to their business, by writing 5 handwritten personal notes per day, 5 days a week. If you do the math: 5 notes x 5 days x 52 weeks = 1,300 personal touches per year! What a simple, cost-effective, and meaningful way to reach a significant number of people. And we couldn't do it without Note Card Cafe. You're high quality products are easy to order and are delivered quickly, making them the perfect vehicle for us to reach out to our clients and friends. And with the Giving Card option, we can also showcase our philanthropy by make a difference for non-profit organizations around the globe. I highly recommend Note Card Cafe!!! read more

You wouldn't think an envelope is a big deal, but they are a cornerstone of my business. I compete daily with thousands of sellers in the same online marketplace, and one of the ways I stand out from the others is that I take extra care in packaging items. It's easy to find a sturdy envelope, but I wanted something distinctive: something that makes an unforgettable impression on a customer I'll never meet in person. HoM gives me exactly what I need: beautiful, high-quality envelopes at an exceptional value. I've only had something go wrong with an order once in over five years of doing business, and the customer support in that instance was outstanding. Brenda took ownership of the issue, did a great job of communicating, and stuck with me until the matter was resolved -- everything I'd want an employee of mine to do. I continue to do business with HoM because they offer me everything I strive to offer my customers: quality, value, and customer service. read more

I want to update my previous review. After the unfortunate experience I was contacted by Katie Braaten, Markful Shop Account Manager, she in a very professional manner offered me apologies for my previous experience and offered me different alternatives to correct the pen delivery incident, very kindly and courteously offered me a free gift that was delivered the next day so that I could share it at my event as a way to replace the missing pen, She also offered me a refund of the cost of the pens as a credit for my next purchase, which I thought was very fair of her and told me that I would be still receiving the pens in the following days, which I did and I thank her very much for her excellent customer service, she was very concerned in assisting me and resolving the previous incident and very closely following up if I had received the products. Thank you so much Katie! read more

Let me tell you about Markful, the printing company that'll make your heart sing and your business cards zing! When it came to creating custom cards for Berkshire Hathaway, Jared Pastorino swooped in like a superhero, saving the day in a spectacular way. He didn't miss a beat, making sure every step was neat. From checking proofs to tackling hiccups, Jared was there, never hiccuping a hiccup. We're sticking with this extraordinary team, effortless and smooth, because they go above and beyond, making sure our needs are met and surpassed with a groove. So a big shoutout to Jared at Markful, the pros of printing, for their charismatic, fun, and oh-so-enticing ways. They've got the magic touch, and we're here to stay. Thanks for making sure our dreams come true, Markful, you truly woo! read more

For years I used another company. They seriously messed up my order and would not make desired reparations, although I had been a long time and loyal customer. After doing much research, I decided to use House of Magnets. EVERYBODY has been very responsive and helpful. The product has been exemplary as well. So happy with your service and product that I am unwavering in my commitment to continue using you for years to come. And, more importantly, I have told other Realtors in the Kansas City area just how satisfied I am. Unfortunately for the other company, they don't understand customer service and have lost business to you (other than me). All I have to do is tell my story and my peers are ready to use you. Keep up the awesome work. Thank you, Ken read more

I had a co-worker from another department come to me with an order emergency - they needed a couple hundred programs printed (with only a couple days before the event). I contacted House of Magnets - a graphic design and print warehouse in our area and spoke with Brian - he was extremely helpful with the ordering process and getting everything set up quickly for the programs to be made. The last minute order turned out great - the client and I were extremely happy with the product result, and it didn't break the bank! Even for a rush order it was still affordable. Will definitely be working with House of Magnets again in the near future. Thank you for your hard work! read more

I love the quality and the thickness of the magnets! I got two for my car, and I was a bit worried about how it would turn out because I included a detailed photo in the image - it turned out amazing! The colors are vibrant, the image is sharp, and the magnets have no trouble staying on the car. Just after I followed the instructions and attached them to a clean dry car, we had a week-long rainstorm! I figured, oh well, if this idea fails, I'd rather know right away. Guess what?! They are still on and looking beautiful as ever. THANK YOU, House of Magnets, you're on my referral list for my friends! read more

We have been ordering from the House of Magnets for many years. They never disappoint! The website makes ordering very easy and the service is fast. Everyone that I have had contact with at House of Magnets has been very helpful, friendly, accommodating and professional. We had a special request last week. I spoke to Craig on the phone and he was more than happy to assist us. We are extremely happy with House of Magnets and the great group of professionals on staff. We will continue to order from House of Magnets and highly recommend them to others. Thank you, Cathleen - Columbia River Realty. read more

The magnets are awesome! The design is perfect and the delivery was right on time! I am so thrilled! For years, i have ordered the "peel and stick" calendars. This year i ordered the "already done" ones and it was the best decision of the year! Worth the extra money! They look more professional, saved me a ton of time (not having to peel and stick) and when I considered the cost of ordering business cards to stick on the ones I usually ordered, it was about the same price. i could not be more pleased! Next year I will do it again! Thank you for being an amazing company!!! read more

Markful has amazing products. Absolutely recommend them for any printing needs. I had a graphic designed business card to combine with our business logos, colors ect... AMAZING quality but more important, at least to me, was the customer service. I noticed a slight part of the logo was missing, not a huge deal I was totally satisfied with the cards. Sent a company review had briefly mentioned this mainly to correct on my next order. Guess what.... response was immediate with a corrected card sent to me at no cost!! No begging or even asking on my part. The best customer service!! read more

Will definitely be ordering from you again. A realtor partner told me about House of Magnets and I have purchased from you several times. I do a lot of marketing events and these are a great way to keep my name in front of potential clients well after our initial meeting. When I do large events, my marketing has to be cost effective and this is my go-to give-away. Thanks so much for making sure my delivery was on time and the product was as expected. I look forward to doing business with you again! read more

I've been ordering from these guys for many years. The representatives there are always friendly and willing to help me ensure that each order is exactly what I need. The Football magnets I ordered recently for Fall 2018 arrived right when I expected and were printed exactly the way I requested. They always do a great job and I appreciate the work all these years that I've been ordering! Many of my clients have expressed appreciation for receiving these each year and I intend to use HOM again! read more

The customer service is great. I ordered my name tag during the 2/$12 special, but failed to select two. I realized what I had done after I received my order, so I called to point it out. The rep explained that I was supposed to select two, otherwise, only one would be sent at the regular price. She said that (despite it being my error) she'd be happy to send me another name tag. My order arrived today with not one, but two tags. She resent my order, as if it was my original one. Thank you HoM! read more

I placed my order for name tags, signs and business cards. When the sign shop saw what I had ordered, they called me to notify me that my products selected weren't compatible with each other and helped me figure out a great solution. There was a cutting issue with my business cards and they fixed it and replaced them in a couple of days! I'm very happy with House of Magnets and will continue to purchase my goods from them in the future. They were excellent at solving anything that came up. read more

We think you guys are awesome. We really needed more 2018 calendars and you did not have any. We checked with your competitors and they did not have any and/or they wanted too much money for them. You guys did something special for us. And we will not forget your GREAT customer service. We guess this is why we continue to order from you for the past 10 years or so. We requested magnet calendars for the new year well into the new year. We have ordered in the past, but this time we had to re-do all the information as we changed companies. HOM still sent the calendars at record speed! Easiest thing I ever did was to design on-line (using your easy to operate system) and place order! I thank you kindly! They came in perfect and in just a couple/few weeks! Dawn M. Zimbelman Platinum Living Realty Casa Grande, AZ 85122 read more
