Since they seem to handle a lot of corporate-scale installations, I initially wondered if my project might be too small--but that concern disappeared pretty quickly. The team was already very familiar with Ubiquiti systems and was incredibly patient working with me despite my fairly basic understanding. They walked me through the tradeoffs and ultimately recommended stepping up from mid-range equipment to more professional-grade options. The reasoning was clear, the cost/benefit made sense, and at no point did I feel pressured--just well-advised. The actual Ethernet installation work was top-notch--smurf tubing, recessed (not sticking out!) enclosures, and everything. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail is honestly beyond what I would normally expect (or even feel comfortable demanding from contractors). They went above and beyond without being asked, and the cable organization is immaculate. Huge thanks to Justin and John for their precision and quality of work, and to Jim and Rodrigo for their thoughtful recommendations on equipment and access point placement. If you're looking for a team that combines technical expertise with professionalism and genuine care, I'd absolutely recommend them.

The tech was able to resolve my persistent issues with my modem, resulting in a satisfactory signal for the last half year. The modem has been replaced, and all aspects of my network are now functional. This is the first time I've had a satisfactory signal in half a year. Everyone in my household is delighted. The internet network has finally been fixed. The proprietor and the technicians were quick to resolve any issues. I have been assured by their work and quality. I normally don't review businesses on yelp but I really expected to get hustled and Frank exceeded all of the expectations I initially had.

During my interaction with Frank, I felt uncomfortable because of comments he made regarding my background and financial situation. Others may have different experiences, but I did not feel respected as a customer. After reading other Yelp reviews, I noticed that some reviewers described experiences that I felt were similar to mine. I was initially quoted a $200 nonrefundable diagnostic fee via Zelle and was told the cost might increase. However, I was surprised when the final estimate exceeded $700 for what I believed were relatively minor repairs. I do not feel the potential increase in cost was clearly explained upfront. Because of my IT and computer background, the estimate seemed high to me compared with what I expected for the work involved. Based on my experience, I was dissatisfied with the communication, friendliness, and pricing. I recommend that prospective customers read reviews from multiple sources and ask for a detailed written estimate before authorizing any work. In my experience, other repair businesses I contacted did not require a similar diagnostic fee.
