My dog Kirby has been coming here for Daycare to socialize since he was 5 months old. He's has gone from a shy, timid puppy to a friendly and confident young dog. From personal experience I can only assume Kirby is not the easiest client to groom (he hates the blow dryer) but you can tell the groomers at Paws really care about him feeling at ease and comfortable during the whole process. Coming from Seattle this is by far the most affordable full service place for your pet. If we lived closer they would definitely see more of us. We love Paws! read more

The Paws VIP team has been fantastic! Our puppy can be a little skittish at times when it comes to meeting new people. However, over the last 3-4 months that we have been bringing him to Paws for daycare, Koda has genuinely come to love it! So much so, that he starts to get super excited when realizes we are pulling into the lot. Eric, Melissa, and honestly the rest of the staff have made us feel like family. As a new puppy parent - especially in the middle of a pandemic - it can feel nerve wrecking to leave your dog with just anyone. However, the ability to keep up with his day via Instagram videos and pics keeps us at ease and you can tell the dogs who go to Paws VIP are having a blast! Finding this daycare, has truly been a lifesaver for us. It's great for socialization, it's great for Koda to burn off some energy, and it's great for us to know he's safe and cared for when we are needing a day to run errands or to get some work done around the house. Definitely would recommend checking it out! :) read more

I wanted to start this off by saying, in my entire dogs lives, I have never boarded them - if I have trips planned that they are coming with me on, they are watched by family only. I went on a recent trip with nobody available, and came across this amazing place - I boarded all 3 of my pups for almost a week recently, and felt incredibly comfortable and at ease. The staff here are amazing and so communicative, they are very active on social media - so I got to see all of my pups everyday play with the other pups there and also the staff. I will 100% come here again, not just for boarding, but also for daycare. The location is also so convenient, as it's near the airport. It takes maybe 5-10 minutes to get from the airport parking to their facility. read more

My dog LOVES daycare here. The staff are awesome and really love all the pets that come through. I appreciate all the updates on their social media of the pups at daycare or in boarding. My dog doesn't come back stinky either and is so tired he sleeps for two days. The hours are great, they have multiple play areas (indoor and outdoor), the play areas are clean, and good sized, clean kennels. They also separate the dogs by size/temperament. Overall a great place to take your furbaby for some playtime. read more

I was referred by a friend to visit this place for boarding and grooming. I'm so impressed by the level of service and care for our pups!! would come back again! read more

My dog absolutely loves this place. He's so exhausted when he gets home from all the constant playing he does he can't even stay awake for dinner. I love the little updates they give me when I pick him up. It's so nice to know that they love him just as I do. Thanks for always being so good to Kobe read more

PawsVIP - They constantly share the dogs on their Instagram stories so I can watch him throughout the day - Pet Groomers Near Me - Seattle, Washington

Goldie always is excited and enjoys when she knows she's going to daycare. She has so much fun being around and playing with other dogs. And the staff here makes sure she is always taken care of. Would recommend PAws VIP to anyone that's looking for best affordable pet care in the area. read more

Porkchop loves it here. The staff have been so sweet to him since we started daycare. I couldn't be more relieved by the amount of care and attention they give to animals. I also love their Instagram and watching the stories to see if I can see my dog playing around. read more

Do not take your dog to this place. First of all, they lie about the pricing. They would quote $40.00 and it turns out to be $130.00 Secondly, they do not know anything about dog hair cuts and people that work there are highly unprofessional. They shaved our dog to the SKIN!!!! I guess they were trying to cover for their inability to do a decent hair cut and decided to just shave it all. The only excuse that they had was that dog needed to be cut more often. We do these cuts regularly, last one was done less then 2 month ago. Third, the rudeness. When I called and complained about the shave and explained that golden doodles are not suppose to be shaved this close to the skin, I was told they services were rendered. Services were rendered? I really hope that you'll have to close down because of the quality of the services rendered!!!! Lastly, after talking to them and expressing my anger I was told that the manager will call me back. It's been several days and no call back was received. You if want your dog to look naked and ugly then this should be your number one choice! read more

I searched yelp looking for a groomers and this company responded first and told me they were accepting new clients and wanted me to fill out a profile on their website. After filling out a profile the first available appointment I was able to make was June 20 @9am. We arrived early only to be told our appointment was cancelled and they claimed to have called us. This company did not call us, we drove a long ways to get there. They failed to call us or send an email Of our cancellation which shows me their customers times are not valuable to them. We will be taking out business elsewhere. read more

They took my dog in when no one else would and Angelina did such an amazing job! Such excellent service and they left my dog smelling fresh and with a beautiful cut! Will be coming back again! read more

Overall very impressed with the team there. After clearing up a little misunderstanding about grooming services that morning for our pup (I think the misunderstanding lay heavily on my end given my confusion around booking services on the website), they immediately went into action to ensure that the full grooming service could happen that morning. Delanie immediately called another employee to see if they could come in early to help cover. Our 10 month old doodle puppy was a mess! It has been so hard to book regular grooming appt in Seattle and then I came across Paws VIP in Tukwila and he got In the next day. Delanie took a great deal of time to explain the process, how she would need to approach the matting issues and take care of our tangly doodle boy. He was so much work with lots of matting issues under his ears and chest. With a lot of patience and experience on their part, in the end, we got back a happy and adorable puppy with the cleanest ears (inside and out) we have ever seen. Pretty impressive! Although Delanie basically had to take most of the hair off his ears, he looks cute and is way more comfortable. Our fault for not noticing how bad it got. It became too hard for us to comb out. The amount of inner ear hair Delanie was able to clean out (using some sort of powder to keep the process comfortable for him), out. Our vet is going to be so pleased, our pup way more comfortable and it will be easier for us to maintain. Our vet has been asking about for months since it's a real concern for doodles. They had the patience of a saints. Everything seemed very transparent, cameras around the property. They were more than happy to show me the cameras in the grooming room as well as the play arenas. We will be coming back. read more

Its taken me a while to write this, the first couple of times I brought my dog here everything went fine the last time I brought him here I noticed he was more exhausted than usual. Hes usually tired after I pick him up so I let him rest. When I wiped his paw i noticed his paw pad was raw and bleeding!!! Later that night he got very sick and began throwing up and had blood and runny stool. I rushed him to the vet hospital and he had a fever and was very dehydrated! I contact paws vip to ask what was going on and just constantly got back "were sorry hes not feeling well" no explanation as to what happened. Why my dogs paw was bleeding and raw and why he was severely dehydrated. read more

We love this place! Our puppy just got his first groom there and they were amazing. He is also going to doggie daycare twice a week for socializing. I would highly recommend! read more

This is the best place to ever take your dog or cat. It's more than a business, it's a second home. If you need a doggy day care or you need to go travel or leave home for some reason and you're looking for an amazing place to keep your family, it's here. Bora and team will love them and look out for them in a clean, safe and fun environment. You could find a cheaper or more expensive place and I promise you they won't be cared for like how Bora and his team care and take care of them. read more

These guys are awesome and always takes great care of my pups! We followed Bora and Eric here and both of them have known my two pups since they were old enough to take to day care. These guys are amazing and their groomers do a great job! read more

DO NOT BOARD PETS HERE!!! First, they didn't allow my dog to have any blankets or toys to help him feel comfortable. I asked them multiple times if they could seek out a vet when he was vomiting and they ignored my request. When I finally found someone else to take care of him, they just handed him to them without asking their names or any ID. He could have been given to a stranger. Not to mention he was covered in his own poop! Please spare your pet of staying overnight here. read more

My dog loves this place! He always wants to come back and cries when we pick him up. If my dog wants to keep going back it means something. I totally recommend this place to everyone else! read more

I was able to make a last minute appointment this morning, for today (literally a few hours later) and booking went smoothly. You make an account and can request services online, which will then be confirmed or denied. It was very easy to access! The service here was great, my pup loved everyone he came into contact with that I was aware of, and he came back smelling fresh, with nicely trimmed nails, and as handsome as ever! Although he wasn't too pleased with me for making him take a bath.. he quickly got over it after his nap at home. The people here I talked with were great and very helpful. They also offer doggie daycare for a very reasonable price here. If I were closer to this location, I'd definitely consider making this my primary doggie daycare. Also, yelp automatically sent a few groomers messages when I was looking for a groomer on their website, and PAWS VIP got back to me very quickly and were happy to help. Excellent place overall! read more

Updated review: due to the gaslighting response I got from the business owner I took a star away. It was stated that they do not have voicemail. How was I able to leave one? And how was I able to leave one in the past AND get a response back? And regarding my dogs nails, how would all 10 nails be broken by themselves. And let's say they are right, you did not notice my dogs nails bleeding? AND let's say this was all a misunderstanding, the fact that they did not call me back after the review after they said "we didn't get a miss call from you" and clear things up. Instead they came on here to save face for future customers instead of the one they currently have. If they would have called and faked their concerns over the phone after I said I was trying to reach them, I would have changed the review for the better. read more

I brought my dog here for a groom recently. The groomer we had was very friendly and my dog didn't seem upset when I picked her up which makes me feel like she was treated well. I very much appreciate that! The cost of the services are extremely expensive though. I will not come back here for grooming again. This place cost me about $40 more than I pay at other shops. I had wanted to try this place out though because of the good reviews. If you can afford it, it's not a bad place but I can't afford $130 for a simple haircut. I'm open to trying out their day care services! read more

Brought my dog for his grooming. When we picked him up, we noticed that both his front paws are bleeding. I asked why and the rude front desk staff said that he bit the groomer. Well, is it because his nails were clipped too short? Our dog gets groomed every 6-8 weeks and is used to the groomers. Being new to the area and looking for a new place to send our dog for grooming, this is going to be our first and last time in this place. My dog did not deserve to be treated like that. read more

I am fuming! They have an online booking service option. The time before this one I wasn't able to book on line. I called and the man told me that he had no idea why the system wouldn't allow me to do such but he made my appointment for me over the phone. Personal matter arrived and I had to cancel the appointment. Fast forward to today! Made 2 appointments 2 weeks ago. I had received a text message that informed me that they needed to change the schedule of one of my dog's appointment because they were booked for the time slot. My niece called later that day to make an appointment for her dog and while in front of me, they offered her the time slot that I was booked on. How could that be if I had an appointment already with that groomer at the time? Sounds fishy? We'll keep reading it gets better! I wake up call to confirm due to my confusion regarding what time we were scheduled and low and behold, no appointments! I was informed that they canceled our appointments. No explanations as to why as well as no accommodations with future appointments. All I was given was "sorry, we're booked up for today." I got off the phone and decided this wasn't going to work for me. I called back. Letting the phone ring for a good while, Meagan answered again. I asked for the managers arrival time and information. She asked could she leave a message for him to call me. Why would I entrust you to leave a message when I couldn't make an appointment online, received text messages changing my existing appointments and then canceling my appointments all together?! It's obvious that they don't want my business. The response from the owner was just as I explained in my review. I did come late to 2 appointments which I apologized for the the person to the groomer. I called to cancel the other. Standing behind my rating. We both won't be doing business with each other. read more

We just made our 3rd reservation for this place and love it! Our pup loves it there and the staff is great! Each time that we've gone, they have been friendly and really give the impression that they treat our animals as if they are their own. In fact, when we picked our pup up last time, she was as excited to the staff for pets as she was to come to my husband and me. It's a little costly, but we don't mind paying it because of all of the time and attention Lucy gets. And being able to 'watch' her on social media is a definite bonus! read more

Paws was very responsive with emails, texts, calls. Someone always responded in a very timely manner and they were great at explaining their process. The website is amazing!!! Very easy to schedule even for the tech challenged. I was able to get a same day appointment when most other places are booked out for months. They are well staffed and open 7 days a week with great hours (morning to evening). My groomer was great!!! I told her I just adopted my dog and new nothing about his hair care and she texted me recommended combs/brushes and told me how to care for him. I showed her a picture of the style I liked and the cut was just perfect. Thanks so much to Paws and Raven!!! read more

After seeking a groomer for our old skin afflicted dog this group have demonstrated the ability to. Make her look good

this place has LOVE, and THAT makes this place HOME. our boy, Oliver, loooooooves it here! he gets to run and roam around, and I mean real run! here, he gets to breathe outdoor air and bask in the sun. now that's a plus! the staff are actively posting videos of the "kids" on Facebook/Instagram while playing, which we enjoy watching because we get to witness how much fun Oliver is having. both Bora and Eric have known and taken care of Oliver from another daycare since he was 5 months old. he's 2.8 years now. we put our 100% trust in these guys when it comes to caring for Oliver. something Bora said awhile back when we first met that made me feel that Oliver will be in good hands with him, he initiatively claimed himself as Oliver's "pet parent" while he's at the daycare facility. to me, THAT speaks volume. that shows that he has love for Oliver! here's Oliver after coming home from #pawsVIP :) "a tired dog is a happy dog" read more
