I spotted an online ad for Passionate and was immediately intrigued. After looking at what they offer I decided to order a sleep shirt for my "Crazy Cat Lady" daughter. I was able to select the type of cat, as well as the color. I added their names and then added details of my daughter - complexion color, hair length and color. I also added her name then the color of the shirt. I was kept in the loop from Passionate receiving the order, the manufacture of the shirt, the shipping, and every stop on the way from them to my daughter, via email. It arrived in perfect condition and in a very timely manner. My daughter instantly fell in love with her shirt! I understand others in the past have been unhappy with Passionate for not responding to emails, etc., but I believe that is all behind them now. All in all I'm extremely pleased with my experience with Passionate and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again. They were a great company to work with! read more

I came across this site some months ago. I first bought A tumbler for my cousin as she has a cockapoo dog. I was very impressed by the website. The website let me pick the type of dog to go on the tumbler as well as the dog's name. Again a cartoon charactor of my cousin, style of hair, colour of eyes and clouthes she might wear I could choose. The item is well made, the colours on the tumbler look fab! My relation was so impressed she asked me to buy two more, one for each of her girls. Further more I have bought bobble hats for them all for Xmas. Again with the girls names on the hats with cartoon pictures of them and the dog. Everything I have bought from PAWSIONATE without doubt has been of the highest quality. The packaging of the goods was excellent and no damage happened to anything I bought and I live in the UK. Speed of delivery was super. A big thank you to all at PAWSIONATE read more

I bought the CUTEST MUG EVER to give my boyfriend for Father's Day. It arrived quickly (the Saturday before Father's Day which was maybe a week at the most) and was packed safely. The mug looked exactly like the one I created online using their tools and he absolutely loved it. It's actually really really cute and good quality. I will definitely be back for more. My only suggestion would be for an option to use (or not use) the graphic "frame" sketching thing because it takes out the sides and goes into the main subject. There might already be a way to do that, but the only way I could figure out was to keep making it smaller and smaller until didn't look great. Other than that, it's a fun and easy process, I have absolutely zero complaints and makes a GREAT gift! Thank YOU! read more

The t-shirt I ordered was amazing, and I am very happy with it! It is absolutely adorable. In addition, the quality and material of the t-shirt is superb! In addition, customer service was fantastic. They stayed in communications with me every step of the process; from ordering to the time I received the order. It restored my faith completely in regards to ordering anything online from Facebook advertisers. I've had some horrible experiences. This company I can recommend to anyone, gladly, and with a clear conscience. I ordered this t-shirt as a gift for my best friend and roommate, and she loved it. She was thrilled with it. She is 5'6 ft and weighs 198lbs, ordered a XXL and it fits nice and roomy but not too big. This order and gift was a success! read more

I was looking for a fun gift for my daughter getting her first dog and your gift ideas came up in the search engine. I quickly found a darling mug and then saw memorials. I had been looking for a special way to memorialize my husbands sweet dog who passed away recently. It was so easy to "create", and make both orders. I appreciated the coupon after, and the updates. Both items arrived safely and were lovely. My daughter enjoyed her mug and my husband had a big smile upon seeing his Beloved Floki on a beautiful plaque. The only hiccup was a delivery company I'd never heard of (TooExpress?) and was worried about some kind of scam package. I sure was relieved. I received the sleep shirt as a Christmas gift from my husband. The quality was excellent and it fit true to size. Pawsionate had great communication throughout the entire process from beginning to end. The art work was so special. It really looked like me and my three precious puppies. I could easily tell which one was, even if they didn't have their names next to them. My husband did this as a surprise for me. So I can tell you right away that the order process and art work process must be easy to use. No offense to my wonderful huband; but, I do all of the order and computer work for him. So, this should tell you that anyone can order easily! I just love my official sleep shirt and I would definately order again!!!! read more

It was pretty easy to find some resemblance to my sister and her rescue Schnauzer-mix, Bella. Packaging was perfect and great for gift wrapping or just pitting a nice bow on top. I only see my sister a couple times a year, so it was very nice to receive the tumbler in time for Thanksgiving. I never know what to get my sister since she always says, "I don't need anything." But I thought she might like this tumbler, a useful and a VERY cute gift. I gave it to her yesterday before going into the house for Thanksgiving. I thought she'd like it and just leave it in the car, but no, she loved it and had to take it in the house to show our family and guests. Thank you, Pawsionate, for making my gift giving easy! read more

No reliable and trusted source. They prioritize profit over solving customer problems. They shipped the wrong size iPhone case. I had communicated several times, explaining that there was a glitch in the selection. I emailed them before shipping, but because of a delayed response on their site, they said they shipped the case. Have the audacity to send an email that the wrong size is on the way. No conscious reason why sending a case that doesn't fit my phone. Why not solve the problem? Completely money hunger that leads to a lack of consciousness. Not a source to do business with and trust because they have no principles. Unable to take responsibility in an issue that was in their end. read more

I got a large mug with playful likenesses of our 3 cats for my wife. There were plenty of cat choices and all 3 were excellent likenesses of ours. I am glad the site let you preview the final product, as the names wouldn't have lined up correctly with the cats above them. For some reason, Name 2 was under cat 3 and name 3 was under cat 2! By changing the names around, it did come out correctly, but until I actually received the mug, I wasn't sure they'd be in the correct positions. They were. So crisis averted and all's well that ends well, but that should get fixed on the ordering site. Overall, quite happy with the quality and appearance. read more

I saw the pictures that were posted on Facebook regarding purchasing a T-shirt for my husband for Father's Day. Our little fur baby, Lily, is truly a daddy's girl, and absolutely worships him. I decided to take a chance, as you never know about ordering things online, and place the order for a T-shirt for my husband from Lily for Father's Day. Much to my delight, the T-shirt not only fit perfectly, as the quality of the cotton was wonderful, but the entire graphic on the front was outstanding. I saw their ad for a sleep T-shirt with the name of your friend and the breed of their dog printed on the T-shirt for sleeping. I was immediately drawn to that, since I have my best friend who is in love with her dog, and they are best friends.‍ I ordered it for her for a Christmas present, and when it came, I was delighted, not only with the printing, but the quality of the T-shirt and the size that looks perfect for sleeping. I used to be a milspouse and while we lived in CO l had a horrific experience with a jewelry repair. All I needed was a watch battery replaced but two jewelry stores stripped the screws on the back of the watch! The one jewelry store kept telling me week after week that the screws needed this lubricant to help them unscrew. After 4+ weeks of this nonsense l finally told them to give me the watch back, we were done. I found that they were unable to get any screws out because all 4 were still in when l received it back (a lie from them saying they were waiting on the last 1-2 to unlock). I ended up visiting my family in CA and Brian and his wonderful jewelers not only had it fixed in less than a week, they also gave it a thorough look over and put in new screws that work better than the originals that came with it. I also had an antique platinum setting that l bought to use as my wedding ring except the middle diamond in the original setting was really small. I had a larger one to have set into it and there is NO ONE else l would trust with that! They did a beautiful job and you'd never know it wasn't original to the ring. It looks like it was meant to be that way. A secretary at my kiddos' school was telling me about her ring that so many jewelers couldn't fix. I recommended her to this shop. Although she went to their Mission Viejo location instead, she said she was thrilled that they were finally able to fix her ring when so many others said it couldn't be done. Currently, my late dad's Rolex is being checked by their watch person. My mom and stepdad have both gone through their watch person as well and have had no complaints.
