It's time to share my horrible experience with this company and their "customer service". I have ordered 7 different shirts from this company through their normal website (not from Amazon). The first 4 were great. But the fifth one ordered a year later was very bad. It looked like they had changed processes and gone from a high quality heat transfer to a low quality one that looked and felt like a thick plastic sticker glued to the shirt material. But the prices of their shirts did not go down. I brought it to their attention and they sent a new reprinted shirt with the previous level of quality. No communication though, just sent it. And it was the wrong size. Fast forward to our last order. I gave them one more chance after our dog passed and we wanted a shirt to wear in remembrance. 2 shirts ordered (one for cats who had also passed). Both with the horrible quality again. Thick plasticky iron-on feel. Went through the same process as before, with a video sent to them showing the change. Was told that after reviewing the video that they thought that there was no change in quality and that their shirts have always had the same quality and that any reprints would be the same quality as well. They claimed that their process has always been the same. They offered a 50% refund. I argued that this was not sufficient and that they were lying and gaslighting and that I would not accept anything less than a full refund for shirts that I was never going to wear. I even offered to return the shirts. They responded again with the same offer of a 50% refund. I responded back and said fine. I'd take the refund because by refusing to even admit fault they were obviously not going to make things right. I included three more photos of past and present shirts to try one more time to show them the massive drop in quality, because I just couldn't believe they were denying it after the video I sent. Suddenly they had a change of tune and they were willing to reprint. No, I said. I'm done. You already said any reprint would be the same, so it's pointless. Just give me my 50% refund so I can move on from this nightmare. They respond again. Saying they can do that but ALTERNATIVELY, they could reprint at a different factory, just let us know which we would prefer. AGAIN, I said just refund the 50% money as you had previously stated because at this point we have ZERO trust. To date I still have 2 horrible shirts and no refund of any kind because we are on an endless back and forth where they take days and days to respond and keep offering the same responses over and over. If I owned a company and had made a change in process or material or supplier in order to increase profits and a repeat customer called me out on it because they had literal proof of the change in quality, I would have offered a full refund, no questions asked. Because that's what a good business would do. But that's not this business. They would rather gaslight and give a never ending runaround. Don't be me. Don't order from them. I don't care if it's a shirt or a sign or a mug or whatever. They are dishonest and not to be trusted. read more

Ordering online is misleading, I was ordering a Coffee cup, but I received a little 1" x 1" x 1" candle, certainly not worth the $33.00 I paid for it. I cannot recommend anyone purchasing from this outfit. Product appears to be the standard Chinese knock off; poor quality and the depiction online is not what it seems. I've been burned by online ordering before, I believe now I have finally learned a lesson I wish I had learned before I made this purchase. My experience with this company was unprofessional and irritating. I received an order which was spelled incorrectly. I immediately contacted the company and asked for a replacement. After three unsuccessful complaints I contacted my credit card company and had the charges reversed. I am still receiving emails from them even though I have requested numerous times to have my name removed from their mailing list. My recommendation is stay away from this company. There are a number of things about this company "you can trust"...! In a day and age where online scam sites are as plentiful as politicians looking for money to get elected, comes a wonderful and unique company with a business model that is well thought out and simple to navigate. As an owner of a few businesses (now retired), I can appreciate a company who has a quality purpose that shows in everything they do. While their product is nothing to jump up and down about, it will most certainly bring a smile to those who are welcome at your door (or maybe a daily smile for you if this is inside your home). The navigation / selection process took only moments to accomplish and once done, "what I saw in the final image is what I got". So congrats on the Pawsionate on a very well thought out UI designed website. There are so many dog breeds to choose from, finding my particular mixed breed was surprisingly easy. Bonus points for this, it was the first hook that got me to purchase. While we have only one furry family member, there are options if you have two or more, though I am sure there is a cap on how many dog images you can select. Here is the important part; The pay portal gave me a sense of security unlike the multitude of other online vendors who's shopping carts are suspect if not down right janky. The payment process was so easy and quick. At first I wondered if I had actually purchased, so it was the transaction completion screen that gave me the "ok you're good" feeling. On to communication; With "some companies", a customer is left in limbo wondering if their purchase has falling into a government assistance program. With Pawsionate, I received updates along the entire process to track my package where the only surprise was that my item was delivered to my mailbox and not my front porch like UPS or FedEx which was what I was expecting. To be fair, to save on shipping, the mat is folded up in a rip proof envelop that fits in a normal mailbox. If I had not gotten a delivery notice, I would have missed it completely thinking it was something else rather than my door mat. Final thoughts of pros to cons and purchase advice: The cons first; The only con would be to include a photo of the edge of the mat (with a dimensional notation) to show how thin the item actually is due to the graphic giving the illusion of a full textured surface ("not" a deal stopper at all). The pros are numerous with the best of course being quality. The outdoor mat is of a superior quality neoprene product with the graphic being printed with a UV cured ink (ultra violet light cures the ink and it will not fade in direct sunlight, unlike those seen at your local home improvement stores, Target, Wall-mart or others usually at the same price point). As for purchase advice, if you are thinking of this to be used outside, save yourself the headache and purchase the top end mat. I have had a number of door mats deteriorate in the Arizona sun over a year or so that were purchased from our local home and hardware store. Should you want your mat to feel thicker or have more body, just drop it over an old door mat as we did. The back side of the mat has good grip while the top surface has a smooth almost velvet feel to it. As all outside mat do, they get dirty so the clean up is super quick and easy, most of the time it is just a sweep with a broom and you're done.
