Do NOT order anything from a company that advertises on Facebook called Pawsionate. https://www.pawsionate.com I ordered something from them, and it says it was delivered to a Facebook friend's address, which I don't have. She never received it, either. I'm not sure how they found that address. I entered my address because I hadn't used this company before and didn't have the other person's address. She hasn't posted her address on Facebook and isn't sure how they found it. I have not received one reply from them so I have now taken out a case against them to get my money back through my credit card. read more

Somehow they had our old address (we had never ordered from them before) and even though we spoke to them on the phone and at least in 3 emails about them constantly sending it our old address, they refused to send the hats to the correct home address. Ordering online is misleading, I was ordering a Coffee cup, but I received a little 1" x 1" x 1" candle, certainly not worth the $33.00 I paid for it. My experience with this company was unprofessional and irritating. I received an order which was spelled incorrectly. I immediately contacted the company and asked for a replacement. After three unsuccessful complaints I contacted my credit card company and had the charges reversed. It's time to share my horrible experience with this company and their "customer service". I have ordered 7 different shirts from this company through their normal website (not from Amazon). The first 4 were great. But the fifth one ordered a year later was very bad. It looked like they had changed processes and gone from a high quality heat transfer to a low quality one that looked and felt like a thick plastic sticker glued to the shirt material. But the prices of their shirts did not go down. I brought it to their attention and they sent a new reprinted shirt with the previous level of quality. No communication though, just sent it. And it was the wrong size. Fast forward to our last order. I gave them one more chance after our dog passed and we wanted a shirt to wear in remembrance. 2 shirts ordered (one for cats who had also passed). Both with the horrible quality again. Thick plasticky iron-on feel. Went through the same process as before, with a video sent to them showing the change. Was told that after reviewing the video that they thought that there was no change in quality and that their shirts have always had the same quality and that any reprints would be the same quality as well. They claimed that their process has always been the same. They offered a 50% refund. I argued that this was not sufficient and that they were lying and gaslighting and that I would not accept anything less than a full refund for shirts that I was never going to wear. I even offered to return the shirts. They responded again with the same offer of a 50% refund. I responded back and said fine. I'd take the refund because by refusing to even admit fault they were obviously not going to make things right. I included three more photos of past and present shirts to try one more time to show them the massive drop in quality, because I just couldn't believe they were denying it after the video I sent. Suddenly they had a change of tune and they were willing to reprint. No, I said. I'm done. You already said any reprint would be the same, so it's pointless. Just give me my 50% refund so I can move on from this nightmare. They respond again. Saying they can do that but ALTERNATIVELY, they could reprint at a different factory, just let us know which we would prefer. AGAIN, I said just refund the 50% money as you had previously stated because at this point we have ZERO trust. To date I still have 2 horrible shirts and no refund of any kind because we are on an endless back and forth where they take days and days to respond and keep offering the same responses over and over. If I owned a company and had made a change in process or material or supplier in order to increase profits and a repeat customer called me out on it because they had literal proof of the change in quality, I would have offered a full refund, no questions asked. Because that's what a good business would do. But that's not this business. They would rather gaslight and give a never ending runaround. Don't be me. Don't order from them. I don't care if it's a shirt or a sign or a mug or whatever. They are dishonest and not to be trusted. read more

I ordered a tumbler for my grandson's birthday. When the tumbler came it was bubble wrapped. I opened it and noticed a 1/2 inch scratch in the design. It seems there is no protective coating to prevent the picture from being scratched off. I feel that the tumbler is expensive enough there should be a coating over the design. I have sent two emails to Pawsionate asking for help. It has been two weeks with no response. The website claims that the company would reply within 24 hours. read more

They tried to paint themselves as an American firm but they ship their custom orders from China. This means that the sizing chart is for a smaller sizing group. I ordered a large and it wasn't even quite as big as a standard US medium. Which means I could not give it to my husband for Father's Day. The T-shirt was fine but the custom Hawaiian funny face shirt was way too small. They need to warn people that sizing when manufactured from China is going to be one size at least maybe more too small. read more
