The shipping may be terrible, but the shirt is great. I would have rated it a "5" but for the poor shipping.

Simply, all good. Ordering is easy...pick your product, upload a picture and let things happen. The T shirt quality is good. The picture print of our dog is very good. It's a really nice product. So, nice that we've placed an order for another shirt. Shop with confidence. Pretty cool. Thank you. read more

Love the glasses case. It was a Father's Day gift. He really loved it. It closes easily and stays closed. Would recommend it to everyone.

I have emailed 3 separate times to address issues with my defective gardening hat. There has not been any response. I have bought other products and have been happy with quality and response. But for this purchase very unhappy with customer service and product. read more

The t-shirt for my husband was so personal with our 2 fur babies on it. I love the creative words that you made available on the shirt.

I bought a Christmas gift for my wife and it was delivered to a pick up point ten minutes away. No address, just a cross street. I emailed them several times, just crickets. A total loss of $60. read more

I was really happy with the quality of the hats I bought. However I was not happy that my order was not shipped together, because when I tried to track the 2nd shipment the system kept telling my the package was delivered and kept showing the package that was delivered 1st. read more

I'm always suspect when responding to ads on Facebook as so many are bogus. But the puppy sweaters were so cute, I had to take a chance. I'm glad I did. Soft fabric, not quite a sweatshirt - certainly more substantial than a t-shirt. The sweater came out exactly as described. My only observation, is that while the company appears to be American Owned and Products "American Made", they are clearly shipped from China. As a result, the delivery took far longer than I would have expected. So, if you order from this site, give yourself plenty of time for the delivery. I'm confident you'll love the product. read more

Great product. Very slow delivery. I actually got tired of waiting after 3+ weeks and told my credit card company to withhold payment. A week later the product arrived... so I withdrew the order to withhold payment. I would buy again... but not for a gift Item that I wanted delivered promptly. read more

The quality of the items received is nothing like what Pawsionate website photos. Custom requested graphics per the website arrive poorly done and the customer service follow up response is slow and comments like "this item meets our specifications" and "we consider this complaint from you closed" it is obvious the product quality is poorly executed in China and the company knows once they have your payment you are not getting a refund regardless of the crappy product quality. read more

Delivery was quick and the recipient was happy with the cup. He was especially glad to see it fit his car holder and did not drip.

I ordered an ornament on October 27. The shipment information I received says they have received shipping information but nothing else has happened. I've reached out to support and they assured me that everything is delayed and to re-check the shipping in a few days. The same information is still showing. I doubt I will ever receive my item. read more

The shirt we received was cute. The problem came with the hats we ordered. Somehow they had our old address (we had never ordered from them before) and even though we spoke to them on the phone and at least in 3 emails about them constantly sending it our old address, they refused to send the hats to the correct home address. The hats were a Father's Day gift so that too was a bust. At this point they have our money and we have no hats. read more

I ordered my husband a shirt for Father's Day and I asked for a 2X and they sent me a one X. I then try to get either a new shirt sent to me or a refund and they want me to pay to send back the shirt that they messed up on. They should be paying for shipping. I already paid to have it shipped to me. I shouldn't have to pay to have a ship back when it's your mistake. read more

Beautiful mug with my dogs picture. Came fairly fast and very well packed. My son in law loved it.

This was a birthday gift for my daughter so I couldn't be more thrilled. I would 100% order again. Easy ordering process. Excellent communication throughout. Fast shipping. (Honestly, this is where I thought there would be hiccups but it all went smoothly!) And the end product was even better than expected. Everyone's experience is different, certainly. As is each person and their opinion. However, I am really glad I bypassed the negativity here prior to ordering or I may have missed out on not just the perfect gift, but also an exceptional Pawsionate customer experience. read more

They tried to paint themselves as an American firm but they ship their custom orders from China. This means that the sizing chart is for a smaller sizing group. I ordered a large and it wasn't even quite as big as a standard US medium. Which means I could not give it to my husband for Father's Day. The T-shirt was fine but the custom Hawaiian funny face shirt was way too small. They need to warn people that sizing when manufactured from China is going to be one size at least maybe more too small. read more

I found them to be very accommodating and when I ordered the wrong size hats they did everything to make sure i can fix it without hassle. They only charged me a lesser amount to fix it and they work they do is beautiful. I am very happy with them, and they have great customer service. I am looking forward to getting my new hats soon and I will be a lifelong customer. read more

I ordered a tumbler for my grandson's birthday. When the tumbler came it was bubble wrapped. I opened it and noticed a 1/2 inch scratch in the design. It seems there is no protective coating to prevent the picture from being scratched off. I feel that the tumbler is expensive enough there should be a coating over the design. I have sent two emails to Pawsionate asking for help. It has been two weeks with no response. The website claims that the company would reply within 24 hours. read more

I would be very careful with ordering from this company. I ordered gifts and paid extra for faster shipping at tge beginning of December. It took two weeks to get in touch with them to tell them the shippers did not receive their merchandise. There is not a way to reach out to a person. When it became obvious that I would not get my order on time for the holidays I sent another e mail asking for a refund. At that time they re sent the gifts I ordered and said they would give me a ten percent refund. When I wrote to them to tell them that the second order had come very late , they told me that the only thing they could do was not give me the ten percent refund they had told me they were giving me two weeks earlier??? It was a horrible experience, and although the gifts eventually came, I could have spent the same money and had a lot less stress ordering a gift from somewhere else. read more

Awful place...after it being shipped out December 9th...tracking shows it hasn't even been picked up by usps at all...several emails sent with nothing but tracking numbers saying it was shipped...that I should have it by the 23rd...the by the 28th...still don't have it and cannot get ahold of anyone read more

Item was delivered as scheduled. Hat is great quality is good , I like it! The only part of the process that got a little ridiculous was the number of tracking updates sometimes a couple per day . I didn't really need to know about the large number of stops it made from one point to another . For me getting three maybe four tracking updates at most , one want an item shipped, one when it has arrived at a Depot in my general area , one when it is out for local delivery and one saying it has arrived would be plenty. read more

BEWARE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. I have been trying to get in touch with your company for the past 3 days to cancel an order and no response. I contacted you immediately via your support within 10 minutes of placing the order once I realized the address was in correct. Your policy says orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of placing the order. No response. It also states someone will be in touch within 24 hours. I have sent 4 emails over the past 3 days and no response to any of them. Also no phone number on your site. You can only contact via email which is obviously not checked. I HIGHLY recommend not buying from this company unless you want to lose your money and have no way to contact them. It is a complete SCAM. read more

Your service is absolutely appalling! I ordered a cup from your store on Dec. 11, 2025, and it's now Dec 23, 2025, and the item still hasn't shown up. I'm in Sherwood, Oregon, just north of Laguna Beach, California where your store is located. Why is it so hard to deliver a package to a neighboring state? Your lack of communication and terrible customer service is just not acceptable. This level of incompetence is infuriating, especially given the amount I paid. You better start prioritizing and taking better care of your customers. How do I go about getting a refund because recommending you is the last thing on my mind. read more

!Terrible! I don't think they are legit ! I tried ordering a mug . After I personalized it .... It was showing a completely different mug than what I ordered . So l sent them an email. They told me that I was probably selecting beer instead of the wine option. I know how to read. I definitely am pushing the wine option. It also has a different blonde girl and 2 cats on it. I pushed the 1 cat ... black haired girl. Then they just keep saying they're fixing other people's issues so there might be a delay. I can imagine they have a lot of problems to fix... Considering the response that I got. I don't think these reviews are legit that have them at four and five stars! Date of experience: February 20, 2025 read more

I love this company. Purchased two tee shirts and they are purrfect. Sturdy material, the names and pictures are spot on. Customer service followed up with me even though I was happy with my shirts. The ordering process was easy. Communications were friendly and helpful. Item arrived as advertised. Shipping was fast.

3 items ordered. 2 received. No tracking number for the 3rd item. All status emails (they send a lot) say delivered. I have a locking mailbox so no theft. Emailed support 3 times. CRICKETS. No phone number to call, number just disconnects. Love the first 2 items but they must have taken my $40+ for the 3rd item and decided not to ship. This is frustrating and no way to do business. Other reviews are not so good. I must say I love the ornament and tee that's why 2 stars but the sweatshirt is non existent (minus 3 stars) read more
