Owner Jason was simply AWESOME, taking my very small custom job on a walk-in basis, designing on the spot from a sample photo I brought with me minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. We then walked into the shop to pick out the perfect fabric for my project. My small embroidery job was completed first thing Monday morning. I brought it home and stitched it on my ball cap. I'm 100% happy with great and responsive service, quality of work and good price. I'll definitely be back for my next project!

I messaged them through yelp on a sunday inquiring about the price and they responded pretty quickly despite the shop technically being closed. I was able to make an appointment for the following day on monday and Jason was super cool about showing me all my options and letting me lead with what I had in mind. My stole was done THE NEXT DAY which is crazy because a lot of places said it would take several days or even weeks to complete and I needed it fast because I was taking my grad photos that following saturday. This next part is kind of embarrassing but it must be mentioned...I mixed up their hours and went to pick it up on friday at 5:03pm but they had just closed at 5pm. I panicked because I was literally having people come down to help me with my photoshoot the next day and the shop is closed on the weekends. I called and messaged them on yelp explaining the mistake I made. Karen found my phone number and called me asking if I would be able to come back to their shop later that evening because they would be out all morning the next day. Jason drove back and opened the doors just so that I could get my stole before my pictures. I obviously don't recommend waiting until the shop is closed to pick up your project but I cannot believe how kind and helpful they were given my situation. Thank you so much Jason and Karen!

Don't use this company. The guy is a complete idiot…read more Ordered a car graphic from him - sent over a proof with the measurements and he printed it completely wrong. Measurements way off and not at all lining up with the proof. When I called to let him know he brushed it off and said to just put it on the car and they won't notice.. that prints don't ever come out like the proof. Like what? Of course they do, that's the purpose of creating a proof!! I had to then re-order this graphic through another company and he refused to refund me the $1500 deposit I had paid him. He's an absolute crook.

It couldn't have been an easy order, it was confusing enough for me; however, the guys at Splat, namely Mike, did an awesome job.
