Owner Jason was simply AWESOME, taking my very small custom job on a walk-in basis, designing on the spot from a sample photo I brought with me minutes before closing on a Friday afternoon. We then walked into the shop to pick out the perfect fabric for my project. My small embroidery job was completed first thing Monday morning. I brought it home and stitched it on my ball cap. Measurements way off and not at all lining up with the proof. When I called to let him know he brushed it off and said to just put it on the car and they won't notice.. that prints don't ever come out like the proof. Like what? Of course they do, that's the purpose of creating a proof!! I had to then re-order this graphic through another company and he refused to refund me the $1500 deposit I had paid him. He's an absolute crook.
