The pricing is reasonable for such a large dog and it's always the same price which I appreciate. They are great about sending reminders to schedule without being pushy. I love how they always take him back and start grooming and then let you know about 15 minutes prior to them finishing so you can be there on time for pick up and they don't crate them for a long period of time. Everyone is so nice and does a great job. Have recommended to friends and will continuing coming here for a long time!

I THINK they kept the old groomers phone #. When I first met Annie I found her to be the kindest, gentlest person you could ever meet. Nothing has changed. It's been I think 9 years. I've honestly never had a single issue there. Rebecca has been grooming our now 16 yr OLD bischon mix the last few years. Doing a fantastic job. Honestly only complaint I could possibly have is cost!! But, that isnt fair as life is just expensive these days!!!!

I'm updating my review after hearing back from WellGroomed regarding my dog Deuce's…read moregrooming-related injury. To their credit, the business did take responsibility and reimbursed me for the full vet bill and medication costs. I truly appreciate that gesture it helped relieve some of the financial and emotional stress this situation caused. That said, Yelp discourages removing reviews that document genuine customer experiences, so rather than delete my original post, I'm editing it to reflect how the situation was resolved. WellGroomed ultimately did the right thing by covering the medical expenses, and I'm grateful for that. I still believe they have skilled groomers and do great work with many breeds, but this experience was a reminder that even premium services can have oversights. I hope the salon uses this as an opportunity to reinforce careful handling and post-groom checks for all pets so that no owner or pup has to go through something similar again.

I absolutely LOVE this place!…read more From my very first visit a few years ago with my giant English Mastiff (200 lbs ) to our now bi-weekly routine, this self-wash has been nothing short of amazing! The wash bays easily accommodate his size with room to spare, and their recent remodel made everything even better--more stations and great updates all around. One thing I really appreciate is that there's no extra charge for large dogs, which is "huge" for owners of giant breeds. And every time, the staff kindly offers an extra towel to help get him dried off--such a thoughtful touch! The team here is always friendly and helpful. They walked me through everything on my first visit and recommended products tailored to his skin and coat. We now use the de-shed conditioner and I can honestly say--I notice the difference at home... and so does my vacuum He always comes out looking and smelling great. Sometimes we even add a few spritzes of the doggie cologne when available--such a fun bonus! And of course, no visit is complete without him "convincing" me to grab one of their adorable gourmet dog treats at checkout. They're so cute and perfect for pictures or just spoiling your fur baby a little extra. For my budget-conscious friends--Tuesdays are half-off self-service washes (which is amazing!), just keep in mind it can get a bit busy, especially if it falls on a holiday. Lastly, I have to give major kudos to the staff for maintaining such a clean and sanitary environment. You can truly see the effort they put into cleaning each station thoroughly--it makes a big difference and gives me peace of mind bringing my dog here. Highly recommend this place to any dog owner--especially those with big pups!

So on a whim... and because diesel is over $6 a gallon and Lily is part Great Pyrenees (IYKYK) we thought we'd run her down the street for what was quoted on the phone as a $50 bath, nails, and deshedding. Well... as if I didn't already hate myself for "cheating" on my long term ... sigh... they DOUBLED THE PRICE without any call or conversation. Now, when I called perhaps they could have found a reasonable explanation. But, what I got was, "prices go up" and "it's fine, don't bring her back if you don't like it". Well... lesson learned. The dog is traumatized and so am I. There will be no repeat visits from us... even for the self-wash area. Dammit.... I hate businesses that don't think they need repeat business!!!! NO to Barking Dogs Self-Wash & Grooming.... Unless you like surprises... of the not so good kind.... The one star is because you have to choose a minimum... 1 experience 1 star... My DAUGHTER dropped her off and picked her up, so nice try with your generational crap there buddy. And you just solidified the "no accountability " of businesses like you these days! If you stand by your $90, that's your business choice. If you quote one thing and charge another... that's sneaky and underhanded. Own it. Don't use my daughter's AGE as your defense!
