Went back again and this place is great. If pup safety is important to you this is your place. Yes pricy but worth it . They treat your dogs like it was theirs and they always look good
So very happy our doggy's grooming! We found our home base dog groomer. Thank you, Paws at Main!
This is the best groomer in Orangecrest. We bring all 5 of our dogs in. Our little shitzu gets rocky areas around her eyes and they are so patient and kind when cleaning the area up. They always put on cute little scarfs and they smell amazing. The dogs run inside when we arrive because they know they will get the royal treatment.
Hands down the best in the business! From the customer service to the elegant grooming, they really take care of my fur babies. The environment is always so clean and fresh, my boys love it here and so do I! Thank you guys for always going above and beyond.
BRING YOUR FUR BABY HERE *LONG POST ALERT* A young lady & her dog past my house often while out on their walk. Her dog is always so manicured. I finally got a chance to inquire about her groomer she said Paws at Main. THIS PLACE DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The website is easy to navigate to select what services you want. I booked an appointment, called the day of .. to make sure I was going to correct location... Jose confirmed. The place is VERY CLEAN there weren't a bunch of dogs running around barking, no weird smell. There was one groomer with a dog and the dog demeanor was so chill. Jose said "I read your notes" we went over a cut chart that was best for my dog. His ears were a little matted because he hates the blow dryer so I don't force it. Jose said no problem took my baby introduced himself & said "OK we'll text you 20min before he is done"...FUR BABY came out looking soooooo handsome. I almost cried. Not a Knick or cut or scratch on my baby. He's behaving perfectly normal He came home ate drank some water went potty now doing what he loves best THANK YOU PAWS AT MAIN you've definitely have a life long client!!! I can't wait to see the lady & her dog & personally thank her!!!
We LOVE paws at main! we took our German shepherd mix here after having a horrible experience at a PetCo groomer. They are now our regular groomer and have been able to get our girl comfortable for grooming and are our groomer for all our pets. You can tell that they really care about animals and their comfort. Now my girl loves going to the groomer and we have even had our long haired cat groomed by them. I definitely recommend them!
I took my then 7 month old puppy(10 months now) Goldendoodle here for his first grooming appointment. I was extremely nervous, because my dog is scared of loud noises, especially the blow dryer. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, and discussed the exact cut, and length I wanted. They quoted me around an hour wait time. When it came close the hour mark I started to get scared because I had not heard anything. But they were very kind to text me updates. Picked him up after an hour and a half. He looked so cute, and smelled so good! His fur was extremely soft, and he looked even better than I could have pictured! His hair has grown in nicely. Very happy with this place, and will bring my puppy back in soon!
It has been months since Joey was groomed here and his coat has grown back so even and so beautiful since his summer cut! They really do specialize in tricky coats like poodle, doodle, and even wheaten terrier mix (joey's breed). I'm so happy with the service. It is not cheap, but I would never expect it to be for this kind of care! It's worth every penny! Looking forward to our next groom for the fall. Thank you guys at the Riverside location!
Paws at Main is so adorable! The staff is super nice. Inside the Riverside location is very cute. I have taken my baby tea cup yorkie here twice for a Bath & Tidy. He comes out looking great! They make his fur so soft and smooth and his feet, eyes, and under area is all trimmed up nicely and clean. I absolutely love this spot. Will continue to take Fletcher here as he grows up for all his grooming needs. Thank you!

My babies and I love paws at main :) We started coming here a couple years ago to their Corona location but have since been going to the riverside one as well. Both locations are equally great! We've been consistent with grooming and have never had any issues. They have great customer service, I feel comfortable leaving my dogs with them knowing they are treated well + groomed well. The grooming always come out exactly as asked/ expected. I have no complaints whatsoever :) they're great and I wouldn't want to take my pets anywhere else! read more

Y'all are amazing our pups could not be any happier. For a while we struggled on a good groomers for our pups. We listen to our pups and how they react with groomers and with you guys it's always a good feeling we get! We absolutely love the bandannas they receive after each groom! Thank you guys and keep up the good work! read more

Love love love this place! They have SAVED my Shih tzu multiple times from being shaved when I thought there was absolutely no hope. I brought her in and she had somehow accumulated patches of huge matting that could not be brushed out, I've brought her here a few times already so they knew I like her coat long and almost always got a profile trim and was heart broken and devastated because I already knew they would have to shave her, but I left them with the words "save as much as you can". They called me 3 hours later for pick up and I almost cried when I saw my pup, they saved ALL of her hair. Didn't have to shave or cut any of it because 3 of them worked together to dematte her. I will forever praise them for pulling off the impossible my girl Shyla loves them! read more

I have been taking my dog to Paws at Main since October 2021 since it's so close to my house and they had great reviews. They have been nothing but amazing. Everyone there is super nice and welcoming. Their communication is top notch and they always treat my dog with so much respect! I've gone to other groomers with my family dog and it took over 5-6 hours to groom 1 small shih-tzu, but it takes 2-3 hours to groom my small dog so they are very efficient. They always cut her fur exactly how I want it. Nothing but positive experiences here, but I also put a lot of effort in brushing and bathing my dog at home on a regular basis to make her grooming experience at Paws at Main as smooth as possible, which is super important for your dog's health and fur as well. read more

I love coming to paws at main. They have been so patient and understand of one of my dogs nervous about grooming and always put the safety of my dogs before anything. My dogs never walk in to there scared and that says a lot. They always make sure to try there very best to get any matted fur out of their coat (just a few) before choosing to shave and listen to exactly what i want done. The staff is always friendly and the space always feels clean. It is a little pricey but I chose that life getting two doodles lol Jose is great at the front desk and they are quick to respond to my texts and always have Availability which is nice cause a lot of groomers don't answer their phone. Thank you Paws at main for making my babies pretty read more

My dog desperately needed a bath after being outside in our unfinished backyard. We are getting our yard done and I was relocating her back inside. This was my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the Corona location but since moving Riverside was closer, so I decided to give this location a try. Mind you, Riverside is not super close. My travel was still 30 minutes there and 30 mins back. I took time off from work to be able to make the appt. My experience was going fine until I got home and noticed my dogs ears were not cleaned at all and she still had knots on her tummy and ears that I ended up brushing out myself. When I made someone aware via text and sent pictures, they offered to fix their mistake but when I mentioned only being available during the weekend it became a problem. There was some back and forth and then the guy just stopped responding. I won't be coming back to this business or referring anymore business over. Very poor customer service at this specific location which has unfortunately left a bad experience for me with the whole company overall. read more

I've tried a few groomers for my long hair GSD and this has been the absolute best. Making appointments is easy and the communication with the groomers is always good. You can really tell the groomers here enjoy what they do and show patience with my boy. I wish I could give them 10 stars. read more

Just picked up our pup Misty from Paws At Main and what a great experience. I don't usually write reviews but it is so important to acknowledge great businesses who are serving their clients with professionalism and great service. This is the cutest our pup has ever looked after being groomed. Their attention to detail is wonderful. They quickly booked our appointment, we filled out all paperwork ahead of time, and when we arrived they were smiling, friendly and even taking lots of puppy kisses from Misty. It's obvious they LOVE animals. We've tried a different grooming place but this is our go-to spot from now on. Thank you Paws At Main, from us and Misty! read more

Finally found exceptional groomers in the area! Natalia is a very talented groomer, she's done an amazing job the few times that I've been there to groom and cut my VERY fluffy husky. You pay for quality. Friendly staff, accommodating, and flexible scheduling. They always have openings the same week or next week, unlike a lot of groomer who are booked out for months. read more

I took my olde English bulldog for a birthday groom and Paws at main did amazing he came back so handsome and ready for his birthday party, he smelled really good after as well I was impressed! We had previously taken him to a different groomer who would take almost 5 hours to tell us he was ready for pick up, but paws at main was very prompt, only took about 1-2hours. Scheduling the appointment online was also super easy 10/10 recommend! read more

This place is great! We have been having to wait up to 3 months to get into groomers and were able to get an appointment within 2 weeks at Paws at Main. The shop is beautiful and super chill vibe which made us and our pups comfortable. The price was so reasonable and our pups came out looking like rock stars. read more

I am always nervous when I take my dog to the groomers because she has a personality to say the least, but everyone at Paws at Main were so kind and patient with my baby girl Muñeca. I have taken her twice here already and I have no complaints. She has a pretty wild coat that I try my best to maintain once a month, and they work through as many kinks and mats as they can without shaving her down. Miraculously, Muñeca lives up to her name here and is a doll to work with (as I have been told) so that is a testament to how lovely the staff are here at Paws at Main. By far the best grooming experience I've had in riverside. You will leave here a happy patron with a happy puppy. read more

Love our friends at Paws at Main! I take my 3 dogs all poodle breeds (so fun to groom) and since we found this place I will take them nowhere else. The staff is so kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They always remember my dogs by name and make us feel so welcome! My puppy Nebi adores Natalia and I'm convinced she loves her more than me! She's always excited to see her! Jose is the sweetest! I love seeing my pups make guest appearances on the company and staff instagram pages! I think it's adorable. I do my best to keep up on their grooming but on occasion maintenance escapes me and I have brought my dogs in questionable condition. They are always gracious informative and set realistic expectations. They always ask questions and really prioritize making sure they understand what you want for your pup and they always execute flawlessly. The facility is adorable and always clean and well maintained. read more
