During the pandemic they followed all precautions which made me feel safe. I trust them so much that they have the code to enter my home to give my furry family member some self care if i am away at work. This way Chewy doesn't have to wait due to my busy schedule. He also gets so excited when he sees Kristen and Jay which gives me so much reassurance that he is loved when in their care. Kristen also provides me with any updates regarding his fur or if she spots any concerns during the grooming process. The communication is great and every time I reach out they are quick to reply. The price for the convenience is totally worth it. They also provide a cute little hand made bow or bandanna which is a nice little touch. Just look at my chewy's smile after his spa treatment.
