I ordered cupcakes for my dog's first birthday and had the absolute best experience from start to finish. The quality is truly next level--you can tell only premium, thoughtfully chosen ingredients are used. The cupcakes were beautifully made, clearly crafted with care, and my dog loved every bite. Customer service was amazing: responsive, kind, and incredibly easy to work with, which made the entire process seamless and stress-free. It felt like a truly elevated, boutique experience rather than just a typical order. I couldn't recommend this bakery more and will absolutely be ordering again for future celebrations.

Salmon donuts decorated with a chicken!

I'm so glad that I've found Paws & Joy on instagram. We've been following them since June, and once they started accepting orders in July, we haven't stopped placing an order lol. We have even order cakes as gifts for Kai's furiends as well. Valeria & Weber are a pleasure to work with! They execute all my crazy ideas and bring my vision to life. It's super easy placing an order, and they work with me with pickup times. They also work with me on deliveries! We coordinate with uber carriers to get it to where it needs to go. Everything is packaged super careful and with so much love. Your order even comes with a beautiful card - sometimes it's a thank you card or you can write a note to your recipient. So far, Kai has pretty much had their whole menu! From donuts, to pupcakes, and to cakes! She has tried duck, beef, and salmon. Kai can't wait to try turkey and chicken next! With Kai, she loves loves food. There's some cakes that she hates the frosting on, but for Paw & Joy she can't get enough of their frosting! It's the first thing she goes for and actually eats it all. When finished, she goes in a food coma and sleeps with a smile on her face. There isn't enough words for us to describe how much we love Paws & Joy. We're so glad that there's a new pet bakery in town!

Dog's birthday cake

I ordered the most beautifully made cake from Paws and Joy Pet Bakery for my pup's birthday this year. She was so happy and ate it all in minutes! I appreciate how I could pick her protein too so I went with salmon which is her favorite! Thank you for making her birthday so special.

We took our labradoodle pup to this Pet-smart for grooming and we were amazed by how well Jesica…read moreworked on our pup. We had not so good experiences with other groomers in the area with them retaining the teddy bear look of our pup. We read raving reviews about Jesica's work at this grooming salon and decided to take a shot. I'm so glad we did cause she did a fantastic job! Our pup had some matting in her tail and ears and other places but she managed to keep the teddy bear look and tail length while taking off all the matting! She also accessorized our pup making her look so cute!!We will only bring our pup here as long as Jesica is still here!

The grooming was disappointing, especially for $81 (even with the new customer special). I chose…read morethe Dry Shampoo option because I didn't want to stress my cat out more than necessary with a water shampoo for a first-time groom. I don't even know if they did the dry shampoo - cat doesn't smell different. I specifically asked for the paw fur to be trimmed cleanly, but that wasn't done properly. The overall haircut was uneven and chunky, and the hair on the back end was still too long. While they did leave the tail bushy as requested, I had asked for a slight trim to shape it, which wasn't done. Additionally, the ears didn't appear to be fully cleaned--there was still visible wax in the outer ear. Overall, the results were something I could have achieved at home and done better. The experience at check-in was also frustrating. There was a long line at 8am with only one staff member present until about 8:30. I was told only one person handles cat grooming, and they were running late. Considering I got a call at 10:30 my cat was ready - it doesn't surprise me it was faster than expected given the quality. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

It works despite being in a busy area. The building looks a bit blight like, considering the new…read moreimages of Tyson's. Going in they do have really nice employees. Their folks in the fish and reptile sections are knowledgeable. This can be helpful, especially for the animals, as often humans don't have a clue. Also am grateful this company doesn't sell cats or dogs, but rather sponsors adoption. As for the store itself it's ok. It has been frustrating not to find reptile lights, or substrate on occasion. On a positive note they always have Betta fish food. It's a fairly organized store. The outside might look like the 1980's or before, but inside it is clean and aesthetically pleasing. Employees always make sure no long lines, but have fun on route 7.

I eventually had to leave my dog after requesting another groomer and speaking with a manager. I noticed the next day that my pup had a cut on the pad part of her paw. When I called, I spoke to the store manager named Maggie. All she gave me was excuse, no apology. Saying that if they saw a problem or injury, they would stop services. But with the poor attitude of Julie and her behavior towards me, I don't believe that she would have stopped services. And after hearing how the manager basically disregarding my concerns, I think that this store and their groomers are not going ppl. If I could give zero stars, I would. Julie hurt my dog. And Maggie did not accept an ounce of responsibility for her worker. This actually makes me sad. That they would behave like this to innocent animals.
