If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. We scheduled an appointment for our three dogs. When my wife and I realized neither of us would be home due to our work schedules on the day of the appointment, we cancelled through Pawgo's text communication system. We cancelled 24 hours prior which meant we were potentially liable for a cancellation fee. The issue we had was, they charged us a $207 cancellation fee! There was no mention to us of how much we'd be charged. There was just $207 gone from our bank account. When we noticed this, we tried to contact the company about it and told them we'd figure something out to have someone home instead of paying the outrageous cancellation fee. They told us through text that they would reach out to the groomer and let us know. We never heard another word from them. I followed up with texts through the text communication system, and called their office and left at least 3-4 voicemails with no response or call back. I called and left these voicemails almost a month ago and never got a call back. It's flat out unprofessional and rude. We will never use this company again for our dogs grooming needs which is a shame because we had been customers for 3 years. read more

As far as I know, Pawgo services are satisfactory to the couple of pet owners in our neighborhood who use them. This review pertains to the arrogance of their driver, who was delivering a groomed pet in our neighborhood on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Two vehicles, including a Pawgo delivery truck, blocked the street, not allowing cars to pass through. I spoke to both drivers. The driver of the pickup truck and trailer was deeply apologetic for his part in blocking the roadway, and immediately moved his vehicle 20 feet forward, clearing the obstruction. However, the Pawgo driver, whom I encountered first, was rude and unapologetic, saying that he was busy "conducting business", as if that excused his lack of consideration for others with whom he shares the roadway. Conducting business is fine, but his careless parking of his truck obstructed the road, and his refusal to move his truck or apologize for his irresponsibility indicates he has little appreciation for even the simplest of civic duties. read more

I was sick to see my precious golden retriever Bella after KY from PAWGO was finished with her grooming. I felt like I betrayed her putting her in the hands of a groomer that clearly was in a hurry and just wanted to be done and on his way. I will never entrust her again to anyone, not anyone. To make things worse when he was done and he brings her out of his van and up to my front door, he took off his temp leash and collar and I let her in my front door while I paid hime $120 thereby paying my bill with an added tip. One hour later I went to walk her because she was still very wet and found out that her collar was missing. I text him and he said that he did not have it and did not remember her having a collar on, REALLY. My Bella has had that same collar since I rescued her 6 years ago. Suddenly it was gone with all the sentimental value with it. She is 10 years old and does not have too many years left for me to enjoy this beautiful animal. She is the most calm and gentle animal anyone could have. Ky had a pleasant personality which made me trust him. I have learned my lesson at the expense of my Bella's well being and a lost sentimental article. read more

Terrible company, do not use them. I never actually got to use they're services because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. First they messaged me, they pushed my 1:15pm appt to 3:45pm. Ok fine, but i waited around. Saul texted me at 3 that he was at my house when in fact, he was not. He then told me (an hour later) that I never responded (lies) so he went to get his meds from the pharmacy and would message me when he was on the way ...at 340pm. Meanwhile my appt was in 5 mins. He never responded after that. I should've read they're yelp reviews before I even booked the appt because they are known for not showing up and mistreating animals. I also went to sign into my profile and noticed they have my dog as "past away". So disturbing and honestly I feel thankful they didn't show up. I booked an appointment with sandra for a full groom for my Pomeranian, I really didn't want to write a negative review but I feel like I was overcharged for an inconvenience. Supposedly her generator was down for her van so she was unable to wash and cut my dog. She did however trim nails & do a sanitary trim but for that I was charged $35. I feel like for the inconvenience I should have been given the service for free or charged maybe $20. Since the excuse was the generator she claimed she did not want to have my dog in the heat for a long period of time but she took over an hour just from the nails and trim which is usually only a 10 minute service. The weather was in the 50's so I'm confused how that would've been keeping the dog in the heat since she already took an extended amount of time for the service provided. I just wish there was better communication and the inconvenience would have been would have been resolved professionally. read more
