My 12 year old dachshund was returned to me dripping with blood. She was injured several times by Saul in Phoenix, AZ. He didnt say anything about the injuries. I contacted Pawgo and Saul. I am getting a refund and they're covering vet bills. This should have never happened in the first place. This is unacceptable. Please beware of this company. Know that a 5 star review is AUTOMATICALLY left when your job is marked as complete. #justiceforlilo read more

Gabriel did a wonderful job grooming my little girl!! Highly recommend...Stress free for my furry baby. She looks wonderful and Gabriel did exactly as I asked Very pleased and will be referring to friends and rebooking ! 5 stars! Thank you Gabriel! read more

Gabriel did a great job. Will definitely be using them again. 2 hours and she was groomed beautifully.

I'm very very disappointed with the lack of communication this groomer Ky did not have. He's rude and 2 times disappointed me. The first time I felt sorry for his situation this second time he did not pay attention he did not communicate with me. Never provided services and I'm getting him for fraud he charged my card on file. POS NEVER schedule with Ky. He is trying to put blame on me for his mistakes. I would absolutely own up to my mistakes. I used to really like him and he does a great job but he handled this last situation very badly. He is a mean person and he probably is truly mean to the animals. He's fake.....sad read more

Hailey will scam you and rip you off - horrible service beware. All the technicians are horrible at communication and will cancel last minute. DO NOT USE! read more

If I could rate this company 0 stars, I would. We scheduled an appointment for our three dogs. When my wife and I realized neither of us would be home due to our work schedules on the day of the appointment, we cancelled through Pawgo's text communication system. We cancelled 24 hours prior which meant we were potentially liable for a cancellation fee. The issue we had was, they charged us a $207 cancellation fee! There was no mention to us of how much we'd be charged. There was just $207 gone from our bank account. When we noticed this, we tried to contact the company about it and told them we'd figure something out to have someone home instead of paying the outrageous cancellation fee. They told us through text that they would reach out to the groomer and let us know. We never heard another word from them. I followed up with texts through the text communication system, and called their office and left at least 3-4 voicemails with no response or call back. I called and left these voicemails almost a month ago and never got a call back. It's flat out unprofessional and rude. We will never use this company again for our dogs grooming needs which is a shame because we had been customers for 3 years. read more

Robin is amazing with my little stubborn corgi mix. Have been using for years, so much better than him going someplace and being around other dogs for hours. read more

Chris was fabulous! Was very patient and kind to out Senior dog. We will use again. Thank you!

As far as I know, Pawgo services are satisfactory to the couple of pet owners in our neighborhood who use them. This review pertains to the arrogance of their driver, who was delivering a groomed pet in our neighborhood on Thursday, February 20, 2025. Two vehicles, including a Pawgo delivery truck, blocked the street, not allowing cars to pass through. I spoke to both drivers. The driver of the pickup truck and trailer was deeply apologetic for his part in blocking the roadway, and immediately moved his vehicle 20 feet forward, clearing the obstruction. However, the Pawgo driver, whom I encountered first, was rude and unapologetic, saying that he was busy "conducting business", as if that excused his lack of consideration for others with whom he shares the roadway. Conducting business is fine, but his careless parking of his truck obstructed the road, and his refusal to move his truck or apologize for his irresponsibility indicates he has little appreciation for even the simplest of civic duties. read more

Destiny and Dave are always professional with a clean van and equipment. Not only do they give our blind dog Murray a great cut, they shower him with love that is authentic. Ine of the best decisions I ever made was to allow Destiny and Dave to care for our treasured loved instead of the chaos of a pet salon. They are amazing! read more

I was sick to see my precious golden retriever Bella after KY from PAWGO was finished with her grooming. I felt like I betrayed her putting her in the hands of a groomer that clearly was in a hurry and just wanted to be done and on his way. I will never entrust her again to anyone, not anyone. To make things worse when he was done and he brings her out of his van and up to my front door, he took off his temp leash and collar and I let her in my front door while I paid hime $120 thereby paying my bill with an added tip. One hour later I went to walk her because she was still very wet and found out that her collar was missing. I text him and he said that he did not have it and did not remember her having a collar on, REALLY. My Bella has had that same collar since I rescued her 6 years ago. Suddenly it was gone with all the sentimental value with it. She is 10 years old and does not have too many years left for me to enjoy this beautiful animal. She is the most calm and gentle animal anyone could have. Ky had a pleasant personality which made me trust him. I have learned my lesson at the expense of my Bella's well being and a lost sentimental article. read more

We have a long-haired husky that has been fired by groomers 3 times. Hailey is our angel! Our dog had developed a lot of matting due to her not allowing us to brush her. Ekko now looks amazing and Hailey is our dog whisperer. We are so thankful to have found her. read more

Robin has been grooming my fur babies for years now and she is amazing! Always leaves my babies so clean and beautiful. Not to mention my schnauzers always get the cutest haircuts and my dachshund mix is always left handsome! 1000% recommend Robin! read more

Jasen has been grooming our three English Bulldogs for over five years. We absolutely love the way he interacts with our fur kids and is the only groomer of many we tried who is able to dry our special needs girl. As long as he is a groomer, we will ALWAYS be our ho to guy. Besides, he is a military veteran and is super personable. If you are looking for a groomer who is patient and builds a relationship with you amd your fur kid....there is no one else we would ever trust. read more

This rating is because of Amanda our groomer for our little fur baby Lucy. Amanda is wonderful with her. She is responsive as to how she is treated. Lucy loves Amanda! We decided to do a mobile groomer since Lucy is so anxious when we have to leave her with a groomer. We went to the Groomer on Mcdonald a couple of times. The owner called me to say Lucy snapped at a groomer and to pick her up. Amanda is loving and gentle, and I am so grateful we found her. And Lucy is too! read more

Terrible company, do not use them. I never actually got to use they're services because THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. First they messaged me, they pushed my 1:15pm appt to 3:45pm. Ok fine, but i waited around. Saul texted me at 3 that he was at my house when in fact, he was not. He then told me (an hour later) that I never responded (lies) so he went to get his meds from the pharmacy and would message me when he was on the way ...at 340pm. Meanwhile my appt was in 5 mins. He never responded after that. I should've read they're yelp reviews before I even booked the appt because they are known for not showing up and mistreating animals. I also went to sign into my profile and noticed they have my dog as "past away". So disturbing and honestly I feel thankful they didn't show up. Who knows how they're treating our animals in that van. ZERO STARS!!!!!! read more

Horrible service. I had a 11:45 appointment, Gabriel showed up at 1:25, and threw a fit that I had run an errand and was 10 minutes from home. He canceled the appointment, and still charged me! Definitely will not be booking Gabriel again, or Pawgo for that matter read more

First time did ok VERY expensive for an 8LB dog. 2nd time no show

jennifer showed up to my home to groom my two small dogs with a dog that she was intending to keep in the van with my two all dogs. no where was I informed that she would be bringing a large dog to my home to be around two small dogs that are not used to being with other dogs. she insisted and would not listen claiming she was a profesional and would handle my dogs so they would not bark. she left with out rendering services and she charged me two grooming for work she did not do. the company pawgo has yet to return my calls. read more
